I don't know what's going on with BBW but I'm very disappointed at the problems with the app and rewards program! I had points and then I didn't. They keep trying to tell me I received my rewards but I didn't. I will not be shopping there after having been a customer for years. Personally I think they're hurting for business and this kind of stuff it's helping them! Sad because the recent changes are really off putting as well to the program! read more

Where do I begin??? Yes, I'll start at the front door. Daniel immediately greeted me with such a beautiful smile as soon as I walked into this store. He greeted everyone in such a welcoming, lively yet professional way. He mentioned how the 3-wick candle sale would be ending while he's organizing the products and stocking the shelves. I was in pain (spinal) while searching for everything I wanted to purchase so I asked one of the store clerks if I could put my hand held basket down. I needed to do this so I could finish picking out what I went there for but my basket was too heavy for me. This young told me not yo worry and proceeded to pick up my basket and place behind the counter before labeling it with my name. What a sweetheart! I asked another clerk to direct me to where all of the hand soaps were and she not only directed me but she walked WITH me! She then asked me if I needed help making my selections. I was able to find everything I needed before proceeding to the register. When I reached the register, the lady who I later found out is Ms. Jen totaled up my purchase. I asked her about using my points but she said I needed to download the app. I did this while she was ringing up my merchandise. I reached into my purse and realized I left my bank card in the car. I asked if I could use my e-card in my phone wallet (similar to Apple Pay) and she said yes. I was struggling, lol so she came from behind the counter to help me!!! After all of this, I still had to go to my car to get my card. Y'all, Ms. Jen was so very patient and kind! When I came back inside the store with my bank card, Ms. Jen directed to someone whom I suspect is the manager. Despite me being in line waiting my turn to get to the register, he signaled me to go to a special register. He only needed to scan the receipt that Ms. Jen prepared and I made my payment. Ms. Jen had already informed the manager that I needed someone to physically walk with me and carry my bag to my car. THIS Bath & Body Works should be the model for all retail businesses. ALL of the staff that I have encountered each time I visit are SUPERB and they go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are satisfied!!! With all of the items I purchased today, one would think I was Christmas shopping. Nope lol, I'm stocking up before these stores close down. I will miss them read more

I like Bath & Body Works, BUT it's hard for me to give more than a neutral 3 stars because of what it is. Bath & Body Works is overpriced and there is some underlying fragrance in basically all of their products that I can't stand the smell of. At first it's fine. It smells great, and I love the seasonal items (especially the fall stuff) but after some time, I can't handle the smell of anything from there. If I get something from someone as a gift, I smile and thank them knowing full well I'm going to regift it or share it with my students or coworkers because I don't want their overpriced lotions and body washes to go to waste, but I CANNOT use them. I do however like to buy hand sanitizers from them because they don't seem to bother my nose like the other products and the cute carriers make it fun for my students when I share my costly hand sanitizer. Of course I keep spending my money there and I probably won't stop any time soon, but I only buy sanitizers and MAYBE a candle every once in a while. I just don't have the desire to frequent this establishment and spend gobs of money on something I get such limited use out of. read more

I went in today and I had the most amazing experience. Nathan asked me my preferred scent profile and He suggested a scent tht I now ABSOLUTELY LOVE!! Out here shopping for my sister' birthday. She loves this place. The doors were when I approached but as I entered it was COOOLLLLD. The every staff member I ran across was so friendly and helpful. This place is a zoo, but thankfully, there are tons of staff members to keep things under control! They have some great deals going on, especially during the holidays, so the place can get extremely packed! However, I'm impressed by how attentive the staff was. They were around every corner to offer a shopping bag or offer suggestions. The lines were neater because of markers on the floor directing people where to go. read more

Always friendly staff. The only time we had a problem was when one lady who forgot to give a coupon then tried to do the math but couldn't seem to get it right. When we tried to explain that the candle should come out to half price she argued then I guessed she realized she had made a mistake. So she said I'll just give this candle but technically we had already paid for it. Other than that never had a problem staff always has great suggestions. They can be a but pushy sometimes but still nice people. read more

I was in to purchase a gift for a friend and the salesgirl Patricia refused to honor my gift card and messed up several items during my purchase :/ Needless to say I will not be shopping at this chain store again & will be discouraging friends from coming here.
