The crumbl company produce their cookies in such a manner that not only repulsed me but my canine as well. My 80 pound beast of a pitbull who would eat a boil off of a 12 day old cadaver, if allowed, didn't even want to be in the same vicinity of those horrid things. Not that I would allow him to even get near sweet treats in general, but there is almost always an attempt on his part. Almost. If I wanted an under-baked, overwhelming sweet, doughy mess in my mouth then I'd go ahead and make love to the Pillsbury Dough Boy. Crumbl seems to be pretty consistent with their cookies. This is my third time visiting Crumbl, but first time at this location. I ordered a Cookie Dough cookie which is served chilled. I love cookie dough and this cookie was absolutely delicious!! I really like soft baked cookies so I think that's why I'm obsessed with this place. The service was slow at this location. There weren't many people in there, but maybe they were working on a bunch of online orders. I could hear one employee frantically saying they needed more S'mores cookies. I have the app, but haven't ordered through it yet. I only ordered one cookie and had to wait a few minutes. It wasn't a long wait, but for one cookie, I didn't think it would take as long as it did. I haven't had a chance to try the ice cream. They only sell it in half pints so if you order it, make sure you aren't too far from your destination or bring a cooler so it will stay cold. read more

This store could really use some quality control. My cookies through delivery are always missing something, hard, or poorly packaged. Today my mini cookies were all stacked on top of each other in a single large cookie box. If you're out of boxes order more. That is not ok. The churro cookie was hard as a rock and the strawberry cookies were so thin that they fell apart when I tried to pick them up. I will no longer waste my money at this store. I dread coming to this location because they always get the order wrong or the cookies are messed up or the box is covered in frosting. It's such a gamble. This time the "mini" cookies are messed up again. Like they always are. They let you order the cookies you want and then don't have them for you AFTER YOU BOUGHT IT. And then give you a too bad so sad attitude like it's not their problem... $15 for this should be illegal. They have no respect for their customers. Not friendly when you walk in. Finally, Crumbl Cookies' chocolate chip cookies and their ice cream no longer sell out. They improved their frosted sugar cookie recipe. It has a subtle almond flavor and the frosting is not as thick. FYI, the small cookies you see featured up front, those are exclusively for catering. I'm glad that Crumbl Cookie is culturally diverse. For example, to commemorate the Mid-Autumn Festival, Crumbl Cookie offers Mooncake inspired cookies, only instead of the usual red bean paste or lotus seed paste filling, they use almond paste filling which is just as good. read more

I'm currently waiting for a second time and they marked my order as complete but it's been 20 minutes and I have yet to receive my order. The cookies are good, but not worth raving over. I had higher hopes with all the reviews leaving 5 stars. But two of four cookies were not baked through in the middle, the taste of the cookies are just okay. Plus, I can get better tasting cookies at nearby bakeries for a better price. $17+ for 4 cookies is outrageous to me. Also, it's extremely rude when I get to the ordering counter and instead of taking interest in my order the employee is way more concerned about folding boxes and welcoming incoming customers. I kept having to stop my order to be sure the employee was listening. I feel the experience overall wasn't horrible, it could be way better though.
