They have amazing cookies and new flavors every week. I definitely loved the chocolate brownie remix cookie they offered one week. If you haven't already tried cookies from Crumbl Cookies, you are certainly in for a treat. With so many varieties it's a gourmet cookie palace of incredibleness. The ordering process is "Do it yourself" style on a computer and where you pay as well which takes a little longer but was fairly easy to navigate. It asks for a tip which I found funny since no one has even helped us thus far. My only constructive criticism is please make sure you have someone who is eagerly welcoming and thanking each paying customer. Cookies are basic and nothing special. I've had better cookies from other places. Service was good. Price is fair for the cookie sizes you get as I could not finish a whole one. So drove out from Baytown this morning and got there about 11:50 and the Mallow Sandwich was supposedly sold out. However, they were packaging on line and curbside orders with the cookie no problem. You could tell something was up when the young man at the counter asked another person if they were still sold out and this long pause insued and he replied yes- like he had to think about it. So as I'm waiting you can order that cookie on the app, so please explain why you can't get it in the store. While my customer service was good I did notice some people in front of me who didn't get the same experience as I did. I realize this place just opened last week and yes they have a ton of things to work out especially the kiosks not working and it was very chaotic behind the counter. Our usual go to is the one in Humble and we may have to continue going there until this place finds its rhythm. read more

The cookies are dangerously good, "dangerous" because the people who prepare your cookies are using the same gloves they make to go in and out the door and back to the cookies. I told one worker to change their gloves and they did but the other worker who prepared my cookies went out the door after they prepared my cookies and didn't change their gloves when they came back in. read more

Unfortunately this location has terrible customer service. I called the location for order details and the employee who was assisting me was rude and unhelpful. When asked for clarification employee responded with "I just work here" as I responded with "aren't you supposed to know because you work there". Had to try these cookies out because I'd been hearing a lot of talk about them. As soon as I walked in and saw the prices they were trying to charge for these cookies, I was immediately disappointed because they make it such an inconvenient way to get your fix of sweets. The cookies were delicious but extremely high in sugar to the point where it feels impossible to just eat one all in one go. If my whole business relies on the sale of cookies, I would make sure that there was a supply of cookies available at all times. There should be no reason to run out of cookies when you have more employees than you need standing around. When you order and have been waiting for 15 minutes and then they tell you it is going to be another 30 minutes, that is unacceptable. There were a lot of people requesting refunds. read more

The cookies are WAY too sweet. Even the people in my family who have a serious sweet tooth said the same. And $4 a cookie is kind of ridiculous but since we never been we got one of each flavor that was available. So I decided to try out this place I went into the store and first they were out of chocolate chip so you have to wait 20 minutes just to order a fresh ones, they do not let you order until they are done in the oven, so I was like okay cool so I did it on the app and ordered curbside they said the order would be ready when I got there I got my order 25 minutes later I got my cookies so that a whole 45mins after first trying to order in the store. I am a huge crumbl fan! I live in the Pearland area so I usually go to the Bellaire location, but I wanted to try the new Pasadena location as it is relatively the same distance from me. As soon as I got there, the line was extremely long. This was no big deal cause the bellaire location is usually fast, so I assumed the same of this location. I was incredibly wrong. We waited in line for 45 minutes and got in line when it was still inside of the building! Both of the kiosk were not operating and only one girl was taking orders. To make things even slower, their card reader was not working, and you had to manually enter your card information. I have heard stories about crumbl being sold out but NEVER experienced this at the bellaire location. At this pasadena crumbl, they only had 3 out of 6 flavors available! In addition to this, it seemed as if their air conditioning was off because it was VERY hot in the store. Half of the employees were playing around in the back while the girl taking orders and a boy with blue hair were basically doing everything. Thank you to the boy with blue hair who updated us on wait times and was working very hard! The reason for my 3 stars instead of 1 is because I understand they just opened so im sure they're just working out a few kinks, and the overall flavor was great as usual. Im not sure how long it will take for them to get everything together, so I will just continue to go to the Bellaire location and I recommend everyone else do the same! read more

I am from a place where Crumbl is on every corner. I am a huge fan! So I found out we have one near league city. I ordered two boxes about half an hour before I get there. Typically when you order ahead it should be packaged for you and reserved for you. It took quite a few minutes to have someone come out to my car. When they can to me they tell me they are sold out of a cookie that I had majority of a box for. So I say I want a refund for that box. Then they come out and tell me they refunded the order. I asked I should have one box coming out because I only asked for one to be refunded. He just said "oh". You can always order again? Even though a refund won't come through for 6 days according to the employee. 6 days for a refund? I look to order again and they are sold out of all milks, a big seller cookie, and mess up my order again. This place is not what Crumbl should be. They still charged me tip when I for sure would not have gave them a tip! I am incredibly disappointed and really frustrated. read more
