I had went a couple months ago to check it out, just walking around until the owner came up to me practically trying to sell everything. I politely declined him wanting me to buy the plants, and he still kept trying to make the sale even though I said I wasn't interested in the plants. In the middle of him talking, he got a phone call and straight up walked away?? When I finally was going to buy an item, I had asked one of the employees what the price was since the item didn't have a price tag. She asks the owner, he said $20. The cashier comes up to the desk, looks at the item for 2 seconds and told me it was $39.99.... Um... okay. I ask the owner again, then he says $25, final offer. Then switches it back to $20. After trying to pay for the item, the cashier said the computer wasn't working so I could just leave my card info written on a piece of paper which will be shredded after the transaction was completed. Nope, I denied. Both her and the owner immediately had attitudes after I denied. I understand trying to boost sales for your business, but just don't be so pushy. read more

Leaving another review for this fantastic florist company! This is my second time using them. First time was for my grandmother's birthday, & this time because she had to be rushed & admitted into the ER for breathing complications. I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for on their website so I called & explained that I wanted a standard bouquet with all red flowers (but no carnations as my grandmother hates them ) & lots of green foliage. The bouquet was enormous & simply stunning. They even sent it the very same day, just hours after I placed the order. It really cheered my grandmother up & the nurses all gushed over it. If you find yourself in a position where you have to send flowers unseen, you won't have to worry with Enchanted Florist. They listen to your requests & never fail to impress. I live on the west coast & even with the time difference & having to do everything by phone, they're always on top of it & communication is top notch. I'll continue to use them to brighten my grandmother's day from far away, no matter the occasion. read more

We were looking around the area for flower shops and this place was open, we called to place an order over the phone asking what they had and what colors we wanted. Enchanted Florist went above and beyond for me recently. I had ordered a spray for my mom's casket from another florist. The day of the service, that florist sent me a photo of the spray and it looked nothing like the photo of what I had ordered. Lots of gaps, lots of substitutions, and very little of what should have been the dominant color (pink). Enchanted Florist had the same design on their website. I called them at 9 AM, asking if they had the necessary flowers to make the design and if it could be done the same day. After just a few minutes, they called back and said they could do it and have it to the funeral home by 4:30, for a 5 PM visitation. They actually had it there by 2:30 and it was gorgeous! I received so many compliments on the spray. They were so helpful, responsive, and did a beautiful job. They quickly and compassionately solve a huge problem for me on a day that was already stressful enough In addition, I ordered a tabletop arrangement that turned out just as stunning as the photo. It also received many compliments. Unfortunately, I did not take a photo of the tabletop arrangement when it was fresh. The photo below is after 2 days and it still looks good. read more

I would highly recommend using Enchanted Florist. I found what I wanted online but then had a question about the delivery and emailed them. They responded quickly, took the initiative to get the information they needed and I needed. The flowers arrived early in the morning as promised and looked just like the picture. They were gorgeous. They are liars and scam artists. DO NOT BUY A MUM FROM THESE PEOPLE. They have all these options you have to choose from on their website, but when you finish you can't add it to the basket and order it. They make you go to the store. You get to the store, they don't ask you a single one of those questions. We had a whole discussion about the ribbons being navy blue or royal blue, and they were supposed to be royal blue. The lady didn't write it down as royal blue. She wrote blue. Picked it up. SHE SAID I DIDN'T SPECIFY ROYAL BLUE and that someone brought her navy blue ribbons, so she just used those. They spelled my daughter's name wrong. Left off the club she's in from the other ribbon. Made it a pin on instead of hanging around the neck. I paid $100 for a cheap ugly incorrect tacky mum. They're bad people. Do not give them your money. read more

Came by at 9 but only a part time lady was there. She was wonderful. But the rest of the the service was subpar. Had to wait for manager to get there, she showed up at 9:30 and basically pasted the buck. If I wasn't in a hurry I would have gone somewhere else. I won't count on professionalisms here. If I could select 0 stars I would. Charges $127 for half dead and petals falling off flowers bought at a grocery store with no decorations or pride in the work. Ordered birthday flowers the day before my daughters birthday. They were delivered before noon as I requested. However, they were not the design that I had requested, but worse yet the smelled so bad that she had to discard them the next day! The bouquet that they sent to replace it was much smaller, thrown together, and looked cheaper than what was sent the first time. Don't use this florist. read more
