I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for on their website so I called & explained that I wanted a standard bouquet with all red flowers (but no carnations as my grandmother hates them ) & lots of green foliage. The bouquet was enormous & simply stunning. They even sent it the very same day, just hours after I placed the order. It really cheered my grandmother up & the nurses all gushed over it. Parked, looked beautiful inside before we walked in (flowers on display) Walked in smelled wonderfully, the flowers in cold fridges were magnificent, beautiful , elegant, divine, and taken care of nicely. You could tell the 3 people i saw there took great pride in such creations they had made. Though there was a slight language barrier (Spanish/english) i was still taken care of with patience, care, and attentiveness. I told her what we were looking for (had no idea what to get) she showed me a couple options and i believe she could tell when i thought she would like these. As i was showed similar styles/set ups and different sizes. I told her the range i was looking to she showed me the low end the high end and everything in between. They can custom make in the same day request but trust me no need. They should have already made what you may be looking for, or like in my case not even knowing what you want. I purchased. Went to go get a haircut she held them for me until i got back. I returned (30-45 minutes later) and already 2-3 next to mine were sold. Important thing mine was not! When i left we were taken care of with new vases, fresh water, and boxes to hold our vases for the travel home. Love it and would come back (30-45 minutes from home) to get my wife something this special. *this is not Kroger/HEB folks.
