I go here about once a week. Last week they had 2 new employees one had no clue her first day and the second one did but didn't want to help the new girl. So I had to Stan there for 5 minutes while mad girl washed every blender in the place while new girl was asking her to help. Should have just left then. New girl made her version of what I get every week. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't what I ordered. Hopefully they have some good leadership that will fix that problem soon. I am about a 2 bad visit person before I am done. read more

Ordered two drinks- both 40 oz. The second drink was made in a 32 oz. I showed my receipt that I paid for a 40 oz. The girl LITERALLY pours it back into the blender and then into a 40 oz cup. Then she notices it isn't enough and mixes some ice. Like what the heck. I asked if it was made correctly because of the issue and the guy said it should be fine. I was appalled. Paying $20 for two drinks, I would like for it to be made correctly AND I would like to receive the size I paid for. read more

I frequently visit this location because there is a wonderful employee named "Jackson" that waits on me. There are so many items to choose from, and she always happily waits on me while I try to make up my mind. I tell her to surprise me and she always makes an excellent choice! It is very much out of my way to visit this store, but Jackson is always happy to see me when I come in and makes the trip worthwhile. read more

What other place to get a big, cold, healthy, frothy smoothie in Deer Park than Smoothie King? Conveniently located across the street from San Jac on Spencer, this new SK is a breeze to get to. I ordered a 32 oz. chocolate Slim and Trim with added peanut butter. Considering it was past lunch time and I skipped breakfast, this smoothie hit the spot. It was indulgent sans the guilt, filling and refreshing all in one. The service was very fast and I was in and out within 5 - 7 minutes. The only downside is that when I asked a few questions about the supplements, the 2 folks working the counter did not know much about them. Since this is a new store, I understand that it is going to take some time for the crew to be fully up to speed. Overall, good and fast experience that will definitely keep me coming back when I'm in the area. read more

Smoothie King is my go to place for a healthy lunch on the go! My favs are chocolate Lean One with banana or peanut butter added and also vanilla Lean One with raspberries added. This is not my normal location, just happened to be on appts here that day. Clean place, and seems to draw a teenage crowd ... surprising since they usually eat junk, but exciting at the same time. Terrible customer service. I asked for a pineapple kale smoothie and received a vanilla smoothie. I was the only customer in the store, but I asked to confirm it was a pineapple kale smoothie after he handed it to me. The employee then gave me an attitude and told me he handed me what I asked for. I specifically asked for a pineapple kale and he was extremely rude when I wanted confirmation. read more

My Second overall visit to Smoothie King and first to this particular location went off better than I could have hoped. I was full of assumptions when I walked in like....So I'm a obese guy walking into a smoothie king WTF has got to be running through these peoples minds like ha! well this is a waste....I could have not been more wrong sort of. I struggled to look through the menu and the girl behind the counter didn't do anything to help me she just stared at me while I was trying to make a decision so basically I thought pineapple and strawberry smoothie fitness edition just for fun and it was called the gladiator...eh pretty good movie. I had no idea what I was in for so I took the drink to my car and slowly took my first sip and even though I was greeted by some unwanted strawberry seeds the flavor combo I picked was awesome. I definitely see myself drinking more of these in the future and although only one of three staff members actually engaged my attention at the Smoothie King there was some helpful information on the tables inside of the store. Overall the reason I gave this place a 4 out of 5 is because what they lack in customer service they make up for in a solid product. read more
