I'm trying out this location for the 1st time. Had Smoothie King 2 other times in the past week and a half. Each time was phenomenal. I usually get the Lemon Twist Strawberry smoothie, but this visit I decided to get the High Protein Chocolate smoothie from the Get Fit section with Almond Milk and a few enhancers. I ordered the smoothie online and not even 5 minutes later, it was done. The smoothie was surprisingly delicious. I was originally nervous about trying something different, but I'm glad I did. I will get it again. The service was quick and very prompt. The 2 gentlemen were very kind, patient, and quick. As far as I'm concerned, I will return soon. read more

Very prompt with the online orders everybody is always friendly smoothies are not consistent. Sometimes they're real runny and I hate to be picky about that for $13 drink with a tip. Well let walk in -I placed my order already by phone-- lets see if it's ready Well today .not a lot of greeting maybe it's too busy.. I just raised my head up and it's not. I went to go get myself two açaí bowls today and while I got them I noticed they were blended with something else which is not my complain. I noticed that they just put one dollop of the açaí mixture on the bowls and had a bunch left over in the blender. I thought since they're the ones who know how to make them, I'll leave them to it. But after they took 10 minutes to put toppings on them they handed it to me and it was not even filled to the line of the bowl. They forgot the granola and blueberries. It just wasn't what I usually receive when I order this exact item. It's usually filled to the top of the bowl with the açaí mixture alone and then has topping over it touching the lid, which is the purpose of the dome top is it not?? So why when I received it, with toppings and all, it didn't even reach the plastic bowl brim, that's excluding the lid. There wasn't even need for a dome top if I was gonna receive such little product to close with a flat lid. Idk I paid 20 dollars for this when it wasn't worth my money. The other location on Spencer provides better service and product quantity for this order, not sure why there's even a difference to begin with. I wish I could provide a picture but I was so tired already to even complain in person and went on the eat my bowl. Good, Fast and Clean. What more can you expect from a smoothie spot? I been to this location a few times with zero problems. It's sandwich in between a lot of store so it can be hard to spot. The parking is horrible within the small lot because of all the stores, but smoothie king does have 2 reserved spots in the front their building for a quick in and out. Hours of operation states they open Monday through Friday 5 am to 11 pm, I arrive almost every other day at 6 am and still no workers in the store. The delivery driver usually has to wait 2 hours until someone shows up to open the store. read more

Love this place. If it's your first time let people go ahead of you because there are a lot of options and combinations along with additives, so it can make your decision making a little tough. If you get in their email list you can get coupons that hook it up with a pretty good deal. The only reason this isn't a 5 star is because it can be a little pricey depending on your order but we are definitely repeat customers. read more
