I was extremely disappointed with my experience here today. The place was empty when I ordered, yet the employee at the register skipped my order and made smoothies for her friends first. She then waited for them to come pick up their drinks while I was left waiting. I waited about 20 minutes before asking how much longer my smoothie would take. I was told, "Oh no, it only takes 3 minutes to make a smoothie tops." If that's the case, I'm not sure why my order was left sitting while other orders were prioritized. What made it even more frustrating was that by the time her friends came to pick up their smoothies, three other customers were waiting for their orders as well--and their orders were also being skipped. I eventually got my smoothie and left, but the experience was very frustrating. I understand that mistakes and delays happen, but intentionally prioritizing friends over paying customers is not acceptable customer service. I hope management addresses this because customers shouldn't have to wait while employees prioritize their friends. read more

I normally never write reviews, but I feel like people should be aware of how uncomfortable the environment can be here. When I visited around 1 PM yesterday, it was clear something was very wrong, The young employee looked visibly shaken, on the verge of tears, and was getting back-to-back calls from who seemed like management. It honestly made me worry about how stressed the workers must be. I hope management takes better care of their staff, because no job should make someone look that overwhelmed. read more

Was skeptical about going here because of the 2.5 star review but since the most recent review was a year ago the hubs & I decided to give it a try. Well, I'm glad we did! Im not sure why the reviews are so low, the girl that helped us was super helpful & gave us good recommendations being it was our first time. I can't remember the names but My hubs got the first recommendation the girl said which was some greens with berries & peanutbutter & I got one that had banana avocado peanut butter & added strawberries as she suggested. We both were extremely satisfied & wondered why the stars were so low. Smoothies here are outrageously expensive. They're good, but in my opinion it's not worth $12 for a standard sized smoothie.

They definitely got the best smoothies I have ever tasted, their smoothies were the first I have ever tried although its 40 minutes away from me I would still drive all the way over there to get one. Then when he finished he looked at the area I was looking at like I stole something. At the end of fixing drink it was over filled he tells me to "make sure" I drink down before I put a lid on it. The first time, he said he would give me a free smoothie for my inconvenience. I told him I would stop by the next week. I show up and they are closed again.
