Costa Restaurant in Murrells Inlet delivered an outstanding dining experience from start to finish…read more I ordered the halibut special, and it was absolutely fantastic--perfectly prepared, fresh, flavorful, and easily one of the best seafood dishes I've had in a long time. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in every plate that leaves it. What truly elevated the evening, though, was our server, Molly. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and attentive without ever being intrusive. Her recommendations were spot on, and she made sure every detail of our meal was taken care of with genuine hospitality. If you're looking for exceptional food paired with top-notch service, Costa is a must-visit when you're in Murrells Inlet. We'll definitely be back!

Wow what a disappointment! Came here to try after reading…read moresuch rave reviews and received less than satisfactory meals. Dover scallops and risotto - over cooked risotto (almost mush consistency), burnt butter on the scallop sear. I decided to send the dish back because the scallops were not seared well and undercooked in the middle. Server comes back after talking to the kitchen and the response was "if I was sure I wanted the scallops to be remade because they are a high cost menu item" or something to that line. Ended up ordering a sausage pasta with broccoli rabe, and that was equally dissatisfying with the lack of balance with the bitterness of the rabe and pasta sauce. What a disappointment for a restaurant that prides itself on local seafood.

After 16 years of ending our annual beach vacation with dinner at Gulfstream Cafe, this visit…read morereminded us exactly why we come back, and why we tell all of our friends this is a restaurant to never miss. The setting is second to none. We (grandparents, parents, friends, teens and little one) always enjoy dinner on the upper deck, overlooking the marina as the sun sets over the water. The views are stunning, (Insta-mazing) the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and it is the perfect way to close out a week at the beach. This year, however, it was the people who made the evening unforgettable. During dinner, we learned that our vehicle was in the process of being towed. Before we even knew what was happening, manager Jason Burch personally came to find us and alert us to the situation. He didn't simply notify us and move on--he stayed with us, helped us navigate the issue, and made sure everything was resolved. He even offered to pay the towing fee himself and help us find another parking space. That level of concern, generosity, and personal accountability is something you rarely encounter anywhere today. Our server, Graydon, was equally outstanding. Attentive without being intrusive, friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great evening. Even with the unexpected stress of the parking situation, Graydon kept us laughing. Anyone can provide good food and beautiful views. What sets Gulfstream Cafe apart is its people. Jason Burch demonstrated extraordinary leadership and hospitality and delivered outstanding service from start to finish. Together, they turned what could have been a frustrating end to our vacation into a reminder of why we have chosen Gulfstream Cafe year after year for more than a decade and a half. Thank yous in spades to the Gulfstream Cafe team. We look forward to returning next year for year number 17.

But you can order a take out as well. There were two tables of food and a dessert table. The salad bar seemed to never end. Everything was cut fresh with no limp vegetables or lettuce. Marilyn brought me coffee and Bev Tea. It was plenty hot and fresh. I absolutely love their coffee. I had two cups before I even finished my plate of food. Marilyn was very attentive to each table and came to ours often. After I finished my salad. I saw Carie filling a plate for someone.
