I'm so happy I found this spot as I was searching for pick your own saltwater Taffy, and not what was already prepackaged in boxes. It's about $12 for 65 pieces and there are about 20 flavors to choose from They also have different chocolate at the front counter, jellybeans to choose from and other sweets read more

Worst fresh taffy I have ever had. It was hard and crusty and no way it was fresh. maybe in the summer they make it but this time of year stay away they should be giving it away for free. read more

Delightful candy shop. Received as hostess gift and then stocked up on salt water taffy on my beach trip. Might have grabbed some moon pies to take home too! read more

Food- looked GR8! Store clean! ......HOWEVER THE GIRL BEHIND THE COUNTER (maroon or purple hair?) was too busy with her phone (looking at it not talking on it so I KNOW it was unimportant compared to customers and your livelihood). DID NOT EVEN LOOK UP ! We had to ask the price and stood after we bagged our candy up at the counter and waited but no offer of assistance. We left what we were going to buy and YOU left us with an aftertaste. May want to visit with your employees and bring back customer service before it's too late. They didn't deal with customers today like they did 90 years ago when your taffy machine was made and customer service was important. read more

First the girl cut 1.5 times what I asked for, then I took one bite and threw the rest away. NO FLAVOR WHAT SO EVER, pure cane sugar with color, nothing more, so sad, how can you screw up fudge?? read more

Best taffy I've had since Ocean City MD! Plenty of flavors! The right amount of saltiness. Choose from bins, so self serve. Cute little place! read more

Plenty of saltwater taffy flavors. My favorite was Beach Ball which was a fruit punch flavor. You can grab however many you want it get it weighed or buy a pre-bagged bunch for a set price. The taffy is soft but warms up quickly when eating. They also sell gourmet chocolates. read more

Had a great dinner and wanted something sweet for the ride home. Bad idea. Got some taffy and dark chocolate pecan turtles. The taffy has little flavor and the turtles...tasted like an industrial cleaning agent. They were awful, all 4 of us spit them out, they were that bad. read more

We thought this place was going to be so much dessert but left pretty disappointed. The people behind the counter didn't really acknowledge us or bothered to help us in any way and we actually came in to the store twice. We were really wanting some fudge and finally got someone's attention to try some and it was pretty disappointing. Out of the three flavors we tried we were really put off by all of them. They really didn't taste like anything. The machine that make the taffy is cool but I didn't like the packaging to the taffy. Since its not sealed or even closed tight all the way it felt like a sanitary hazard. I kept picking from the one at the bottom or the back because I was afraid too many dirty hands would've touched the ones on top leading to some sort of contamination. There are a number of other places at Broadway at the Beach that are much better and they are not getting the credit they deserve. This place is simply not worth it. read more

Best place to get taffy in Myrtle. Might be only place in town where they make it on-site. Great flavors, variety, and you know where it was made! read more

Made In house and the best taffy I've ever had. Countless selections of flavors. Great chocolate, candies, and fudge, too! Love that everything looked and tasted fresh! read more

Bought 10 boxes of fudge as gifts. Sampled it and all of it is going in the trash. This is by far the worst fudge I have ever had. Hard to cut because it is weirdly gummy. The flavor is bitter. I had it mailed to me. Never again will I buy anything from this store. read more

Wee r sweetz offers a wide range of candies and sweets (inckuding suhar free options), while their most iconic candy is the saltwater taffy. We make sure we visit every year to watch the taffy pulling and to get a bag of all of our favorite flavors. We are team orange and peanut butter!! The selection of chocolates is also very nice as well, and they even carry items lole chocolate covered jalepeños! read more

I type this with a delicious piece of Wee-R-Sweetz taffy melting in my mouth... Found this place while strolling through 'Broadway at the Beach' in Myrtle Beach, SC. While honestly, I found the place nondescript and overtly 'touristy', Wee-R-Sweetz made my afternoon. I have vivid memories of childhood trips to Atlantic City to get real salt water taffy, and watch the machines stretch and pull it, anticipation growing every second. Wee-R Sweetz brought all of that back... Authentic Taffy made on authentic machines, at a great price... YAY! read more

So many sweets to choose from, everything we purchased was very good. The cashier was very friendly. Great prices on fudge.

Excellent fresh made taffy. A variety of flavors you can bag yourself and sold by weight. Old fashioned taffy pulling machine can be seen making the candy. The taffy was soft and very flavorful. Reminded me of the Candy Castle taffy that was sold Beach side years ago. read more

Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. The chocolate covered pretzels were bland, stale and flavorless. The chocolate was thin and lacking flavor. I am sure did you stick with the taffy and basic sweets they have some good stuff, but go ahead and skip the chocolate covered items. Not worth it if you are a true chocolate lover read more

This place caught my attention because of the taffy machine spinning at the window. I love watching it being made. As you enter the shop, the person behind the area matching the taffy shouts at you and throws you a fresh sample. Yes, please! That was awesome. The shop has about 10 to 15 different flavors. Taffy is always a good treat for the ride home for me. So I got a few different flavors to try. Friendly staff. read more

The guy with the black hat was extremely rude! First off, we walked in and no one bothered to ask if we needed any help. Finally after having to approach the guy, I asked a non ignorant question. He gave me the rudest response as if I was supposed to know the answer. Buddy, you're working a customer service job where you need to be polite to people. I would have bought a lot more salt water taffy to bring back to my family and friends, but ended up buying the minimal. Definitely can't recommend a place with service like that -even if they do have good candy. read more

If I could do zero, I would do zero. I Purchased a bag of pumpkin spice popcorn. Two days later I opened the sealed popcorn and discovered it was very stale. I promptly returned to the store and was told they would not do a refund, return or exchange unless I had a paper receipt. I offered to pull up the purchase on my bank card to verify it, and was told they would only honor a paper receipt. My problem is that they sold me a poor quality product and refused to exchange it or refund. It's not even about the money, as the bag cost $4.99. Bad business practice to not stand behind your product, very bad. Will make sure all my friends are made aware of the bad business policy! read more

I got white chocolate and pecan bark. I kid you not, it tasted like soap. Horrible.

My husband and I bought a pound bag of wrapped salt water toffee. Horrible, tastes like poison. The first piece was orange, bitter and a very unusual taste. I tried a second thinking the first was a fluke. No, couldn't swallow it. Left a little no lasting bitter awful taste in my mouth I'm wondering if something fell into the mixture by mistake, like a cleaner of some kind . read more

If your looking for real authentic salt water taffy, that is made fresh...this is your place! Its like a small factory and you can watch them make it all right in front of you. If your lucky enough to be there when the taffy pulling and wrapping machines are running, they'll throw out samples to the crowd. All made in house amazing candy store. read more

I make sure to visit every time I am at Broadway at the Beach, usually just for the taffy. They make the taffy fresh every day and you will usually get a piece of the freshly wrapped taffy thrown at you just as it is finished. They have several delicious flavors. The prices aren't terrible, considering the location. read more

Super good, hometown joint with a friendly staff. Most of their chocolates and taffy are made in house and the NMB location has homemade ice cream! I recently got to try some new flavors of taffy that they were testing out (Salted Caramel and Pumpkin Spice). I only got to eat one piece of each while my kids devoured the rest. read more

You must try their salt water taffy! So fresh and flavorful you will eat a whole box before you know it. I love the watermelon, banana, and grape flavors. There are multiple locations through out Myrtle Beach. You can also fill a bag with flavors you have selected and you can have one free sample. I tried the pumpkin spice it was the newest flavor. Great gifts for family or friends and easy to pack! Just make sure you don't eat before you get home. read more

Great place to get fresh taffy. It's very soft. Lots of flavors to choose from. You can bag your own variety of flavors of your choosing. Sold by weight, $9.99/lb (apx 60 pieces per pound). I wish they had been making the taffy when I went in, but since it was the off season (December) I wasn't surprised, glad they were open! read more

Ended up buying a pound of the taffy, solely because the guy making it at the front threw us a couple pieces he just made! It was so good! I wasn't even intending on buying anything. Definitely stopping in anytime I visit! read more

The guy with the black hat was not helpful or friendly. The Apple was good but was not cut well. I won't recommend.

The salt water taffy is awesome! You get to see how it's made and there are tons of flavors to try.
