DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THEM. This is criminal activity; they have stolen my money and failed to deliver my product. I have requested an immediate refund, but no one answers the phone 50+ phone calls, 30+ voice mails. No return calls, no delivery updated. After reporting them to the BBB, I have found they have a solid 'F' rating, 300+ complaints, and most unanswered. Most of their online 4+-star reviews are by staff. read more

I have now ordered 4-5 Edible Arrangements from this location and been thrilled with their service. The bouquets have always been well-made with on-time delivery and no hiccups. This past order, I got a birthday arrangement, cookies and cupcakes and balloons. I placed the order online on a Monday and they delivered the order to a company here in town by the afternoon on Friday. The process was easy, all online! They currently have their own delivery but also use DoorDash drivers sometimes. I'm not sure which was used in my recent delivery, but it was great timing anyway. Yes, Edible Arrangements are for special occasions and pricier, but it's a great spectacle and people love them. If I had custom ordered a cake for bites for 50+ people, the price would be the same. The cookies were a bit funky and stacked on top of each other, but they were delicious! read more

did not receive what i ordered and paid for!!! It was a totally different arrangement, and was not the same price arrangement for what i paid! I ordered chocolate covered strawberries in a birthday box, and TWO numbered balloons ($12 ea.) specifically for my daughters GOLDEN birthday, and she did not receive any of that.. SOOOOO disappointed because it was (suppose) to be a special birthday gift :'( read more

The manager at the store is unbelievably nice. I was ordering some chocolate-covered strawberries as a reward for my granddaughters who got their first shot at 5 and 7. It was Saturday early afternoon and the delivery driver had already left for the day. The manager personally delivered the strawberries so the girls would not be sad. Who does that? Amazing service and so much kindness. A big thank you!!!!!!!! read more

A friend sent me a delicious Edible Arrangement during my maternity leave. The fruit was fresh and juicy and oh so sweet! They even had a pineapple slice cut in the shape of a baby stroller. The strawberries were covered in chocolate and little crunchy candies, I had to fight my kids to eat them. read more

Ordered an Edible Arrangement on 2/10/24 to be delivered four days later on Valentine's Day. Bottom line... my order was NEVER fulfilled. NO call from the store to say that they weren't delivering! David didn't return my multiple calls to request a refund. EA Corporate finally helped me to get my money back. Google the artesan fruit shop in Madison. Wish I went with them instead. Epic fail, Madison Edible Arrangements. read more

This store has made me a victim of theft and fraud. Ordered close to 2 weeks in advance for a Valentine's Day delivery. The day of, after checking the order status for multiple hours, around 4pm the This store has made me a victim of theft and fraud. Ordered close to 2 weeks in advance for a Valentine's Day delivery. The day of, after checking the order status for multiple hours, around 4pm the order status had not moved. Called the store two separate times and was instructed that there had been a guarantee that every order scheduled for delivery on Valentines would in fact be delivered. This was not the case, order never arrived, no communication, ruined Valentine's Day not only for the recipient, my fiancée but also myself as I was looking forward to seeing the look of excitement on her face. The owner David instructed myself as well as the others that have left a review yesterday on Google Reviews that he would be in contact. This was a lie, I had to reach out to the store. That's not when this story stops as it took the 9th call to finally get through to someone and explain the situation. They mentioned they are a part of a call center and not present at the physical Madison location and that they would put me in contact with a manager. If the manager or owner David says he's going to follow up and contact you to make it right, don't believe it, this is a publicity stunt for Google Reviews to limit the damage the reviews are doing to potential customers. That constitutes theft and fraud in my book, taking money, not providing services paid for and providing no outlet for a refund or contact to obtain the services paid for. read more

Very disappointing service. My long distance boyfriend tried ordering me a surprise for Valentine's Day. On Valentine's day I called at 4pm asking the status of the order and they promised it would come, but never did. The next day I called again and they promised it is still on the way, but by 5pm when the store closed I called and they tried telling me it will now come Friday. Two days later I was forced to cancel my order, got nothing for Valentine's Day, and no compensation from the company. read more

Absolutely horrible service. I placed an order multiple days in advance just for it to never show up. Online it states that my order had never even begun to be prepared, let alone in transit or delivered. After reading other reviews here, please DO NOT order from this location. I even called 2 times throughout the day to check on its status and was ASSURED by a supervisor or manager of some sort that it would be delivered by the end of day. Lo and behold it is past 8pm and after attempting to call them TWICE, I have been fully ghosted and SCAMMED- 300 dollars down the drain. Disgusting. read more

The store closed an hour early and lied about delivering my brothers birthday order. Nobody is taking accountability for this.

LOVE the whole company. Finally stopped in person to visit the store itself. Nothing about the walk-in store appeals to walk-in customers. This is simply order and go. I love to order and send EA and look forward to receiving more myself (to date I've finally gotten 1 and it was a great surprise). Delivery guy in Madtown was super friendly, eager to work around my lack of ability to buzz him in the bldg so he called my cell and met me at the Capital during the whole Michael Moore speech blah blah. My point today: I'm glad they are offering more white chocolate offerings, look forward to trying the caramel dip and I love surprising everyone I care enough about with EA. It's healthy and decent on the price for those you want to honor. read more

Recently got their "Dipped Fruit Cookout Delight" to take to the hostess of a party--and everyone LOVED it! The fruit is fresh & delicious and top-quality chocolate (white & dark) made this piece a standout on the appetizer table. My personal fave is their dipped bananas (yum!) but the strawberries, apples and pineapple were delicious, too. When the fruit is gone, the cute Weber "Sizzlin' Grill" keepsake is top quality (sturdy!) and I almost hated to give it away as I can picture many reuses for this little cutie over the summer! Great job, EA! I'll be back again (and again...) read more

My daughter-in-law had ordered flowers and a fruit arrangement for my birthday. They delivered the fruit but not the flowers. I just don't understand how this can happen. Apparently they do not verify the orders before they leave for delivery. This did not make either one of us happy. It will make us think twice before ordering from here again! read more

Here's a bit of a back-story: when my husband and I were dating a few years ago, we were long-distance for about 8 months. That meant sending each other Edible Arrangements on special occasions and 'just because' moments. Although for the most part, this location has done okay, they've definitely had moments that make us question their customer service standards. I ordered a fruit & chocolate arrangement with balloons. The delivery person showed up at my husband's apartment and gave him the fruit & chocolates. But WAIT. The balloons? They're in the tree in the front yard. Yup, the balloons flew away from the delivery guy's hands and got stuck in the tree outside. WHAT? My husband asked if it was going to be replaced and they pretty much went "yeah, well sucks to be you." The delivery guy left. The balloons were in the tree for about a year until it was cut down by the city. No refund. No apologies. Nothing. Since that incident, I've ordered one other time and still wasn't as pleased. Presentation of the fruits and chocolates just wasn't impressive. However, they did taste delicious. read more

I ordered a box of chocolate covered strawberries and apples for pickup, and the staff were able to prepare the order extremely quickly and nicely packaged. The strawberries were of the extra large type, very fresh with no blemishes, and the green apples were also tart and crisp. Simple order, but the package was perfectly executed and I would consider EA for gift giving, as my small order was flawless. read more

The bag of fruit came as a gift and the fruit was just lousy. I wouldn't spend money on this...pick your own out any store. Just poor quality. I imagine they charge a pretty penny. It include one little cheesecake which tasted okay but was in its side and a bit smashed. This place should do better. Unripe pineapple, green spotted bananas, old grapes and strawberries. read more

Went in to pick up an arrangement, was greeted by an extremely friendly man. He was very personable and wanted to make sure we were happy with the basket that we were picking up. We were able to see how clean the back of the store was and he told us information about the baskets themselves. He also provided us with a sample of some fruit which was delicious! I have never been in the store before and I am very pleased with the store and the service I was provided. read more

I received a gift from this store and it was fabulous. The fruit was fresh and delicious. The chocolate covered pineapple cupcakes were great as were the apple truffles. The sender had to make a last minute delivery change and apparently this store was very accommodating. A few days after I received the gift, the store even called to followup. read more

I can not believe no one has written a review on this business. I am honored to be the first. I've ordered from them at least 3-4 times over the past two years and usually send my parents who are both teachers - wonderful arrangements for birthdays or Mother's day to their school... and they are the biggest hit. I came to write a review about their latest customer service. I had sent my mother a bouquet for Mother's Day this past weekend and sent it to her school on Friday because they were going out of town over the weekend. However- she took off from school early and the school of course couldn't sign for them.... and because the fruit doesn't last after it's been cut and dipped in chocolat - there was no way it was going to survive the weekend till Monday. However - I received a call from them letting me know this Friday - was so upset and disappointed and while they apologized - there was really nothing the girl at the time could do. However - I received a voicemail the next day from her saying the owner, Don I believe, said he would go ahead and make her a new one and bring it to her on Monday instead. They even called my mom direct to let her know since they didn't reach me! I know it sounds silly but it made me emotional.... THIS IS FOR MY MOM who I love so much and just wanted to give her a great surprise and tell her how much I love her since we live so far away. It was so wonderful - even during their insane busy Mother's Day weekend they took the time to call us both gets 5 stars in my book. Huge Thanks Madison Edible Arrangements! read more

I recently placed an order online to be delivered by an Edible Arrangements store in Madison, Wisconsin. Not thinking about the time zone difference (I was ordering this from California), I didn't realize that the store was about to close. When a gentleman at the Edible Arrangements store on University Avenue got my order, he called to tell me that his crew had already gone home for the day and that my order couldn't be made until the following business day. This would have meant a Tuesday delivery instead of Saturday, due to the Holiday weekend. When I told him I knew my friends would be working on Tuesday and I had really hoped it would be delivered on Saturday, he looked over my order again and saw that it was a sympathy gift for friends who had recently lost their cat. He said he had an arrangement that was more expensive than the one I had ordered, but he would take it to my friends for me at no additional cost. I was floored and extremely grateful. Great guy and a great store!! read more
