I am so thankful to the person that recommended Victoria's Garden to us. I had no idea what I wanted for flowers, I told Ellie my wedding colors (green and white) and her creativity immediately went to work. We gave her a price range and she made it her mission to stay well under that. I had mentioned a few types of flowers I liked, she told me that they weren't in season and would be more expensive. Instead of just going with those types and charging us more, Ellie found flowers that were in season that were similar to the ones I liked. Everything was perfect on my wedding day. Ellie and her crew showed up before the wedding and put everything together just like we had talked about. None of us even saw them working, it was like we showed up and everything was magically put together. Please go to Victoria's Garden if you're planning a wedding. Ellie listened to everything they wanted and really understood their vision. She understood their budget and helped them make decisions to fit within their price range. She even picked flowers from her own garden so their bouquets fit that budget. She needed no instruction on their wedding day. She did everything exactly how they asked (or better) and knew when to use her own judgment to make everything beautiful and perfect. Quality was amazing - many of the flowers were still spectacular 2-3 weeks (including the wedding bouquet which spent some time in our refrigerator while they were on their honeymoon) after the wedding date. Since almost all these words are theirs and not mine, I want to add that, the results were spectacular and personal at the same time. Autumn was a challenge given the types of flowers they most wanted but Ellie made it happen!

We paid $63 for what was supposed to be a "small" prom bouquet and received a 6-inch arrangement with dead flowers and only three gerbera daisies. The quality was nowhere near what we'd received before (and that bouquet was also "small" but 9 inches and much fuller). When we called to express our concern, the woman we spoke to was kind, but the fix felt like a ripoff. We brought it back in, and while the second version was larger (9 inches), they removed the gerbera daisies and replaced them with carnations--despite the clear order description that did not include carnations. We asked for pink ranunculus, tulips, gerbs, white stock, a little greenery, and no roses. Instead, they filled it with cheap flowers to bulk it up and completely ignored our original request. We understand prices have gone up, but $63 for the first bouquet was outrageous. Sadly, we won't be ordering from Klein's again.

She sent someone in her place that I "assumed" would be comparable. The person she sent disappeared for a large part of the evening, for 8 hours I hired her and received next to nothing in return. Very nice lady.... But sat in the front lobby on her phone for hours, during dinner, and had to be messaged when needed. I did share this information with Amber who did apologize, but that was all I got...an apology and then zero response from my follow-up email. I paid $800 for desserts to be put out. for the ceremony, my daughter had to walk outside from one building to another...walking down a set of stairs to another set of stairs going up to the chapel... as she was going up the stairs with no help from the coordinator, her lace train began to tear. Not only did her dress tear, but she missed her entry into the chapel when her song began. Watching the bride, my daughter cry as she entered the chapel was very hard. I would expect some service recovery for the lack of service, but only got an apology.
