This review is multifaceted. I highly recommend hiring Amber...specifically Amber, for day coordination services. She was the coordinator for my oldest daughter's wedding day and was wonderful...but then couldn't help for my next wedding AFTER I already hired her. She sent someone in her place that I "assumed" would be comparable. The person she sent disappeared for a large part of the evening, for 8 hours I hired her and received next to nothing in return. Very nice lady.... But sat in the front lobby on her phone for hours, during dinner, and had to be messaged when needed. I did share this information with Amber who did apologize, but that was all I got...an apology and then zero response from my follow-up email. I paid $800 for desserts to be put out. for the ceremony, my daughter had to walk outside from one building to another...walking down a set of stairs to another set of stairs going up to the chapel... as she was going up the stairs with no help from the coordinator, her lace train began to tear. Not only did her dress tear, but she missed her entry into the chapel when her song began. Watching the bride, my daughter cry as she entered the chapel was very hard. I would expect some service recovery for the lack of service, but only got an apology. read more
