Matt called two weeks before the event to verify numbers and details. We had the reception at the La Crosse Center Ballroom which was beautiful and spacious. Matt and his staff took care of everyone and my Daughter and Son in Law were extremely happy. Especially with the Cheesecake Matt made just for them that was a little different than requested but they absolutely loved it. I found Matt to be well organized but most of all the food was wonderful and plentiful. No fires to put out on that very special day for our family. I highly recommend Matt and Premier Catering.

When it came to my wedding so many things went wrong and the actual owner was very rude to myself, my family, and the guests. Also, as I had said the food being wonderful at the tasting, it was not that same food I tasted at my wedding, and MUCH LESS food that what said would be given. They proceeded to use a bull horn to yell at her to "get off their property." They do not in fact own that area, they ask the owner to park their business on it and use it to make their sales. My father went to talk to them about this, they denied scaring my sister. . Although that is not the first time this has happened. I was going on my daily bike ride and my first time around they simply moved out of the way to allow me through while I thanked them for doing so. But once it started to rain I raced home, and as I approached them they did not move out of the way this time so I rode a far distance around them in the parking lot where I was then yelled and catcalled. They said "nice ass" and then told me to stay off their property once again. I am a 13 year old child writing this out because of how mortified I am. Something I have observed was they only yell at children when they are alone and not in groups. I know this because whenever I have walked past them In a group of my friends they did not say a word to us. Only when we are alone. I hope others see this and do not let the children experience what me and my family have.

The BLTT was $12 and the prosciutto parma was $13, which might be on the higher end for sandwiches but not unreasonable for a meal, especially considering how good the ingredients are, in my opinion. The BLTT was our favorite of the three, but all blew us away! Scallion potato salad is great too. I love that the meat is local and so much of their sauces and everything are homemade which we always appreciate. Service is always friendly and restaurant is always clean. Fun to browse their unique and local grocery items while you're waiting for your food. They also have some good Happy Hour deals! For special dietary needs: they have gluten free bread and you can make any sandwich into a salad (for keto, gf, etc).
