Scott and everyone else at Rockmans (we also worked with Allyssa) was professional and extremely accommodating. Here are some highlights: -we changed our minds a thousand times and they were ok with that! Really quick to reply. -accommodated gluten free, dairy free, and soy free requests for a few of or guests -no extra charge to travel from their location (Plover) to our venue in Marshfield -we did not feel nickel and dimed, really great value -provided bar tender and let us provide our own alcohol and coffee -- they were totally fine with us using as much or as little of their services as we wanted. They don't lock you into using only them or their products for catering. -their catering costs include the linens (not extra) -really fast and efficient at serving our 160 guests -food was amazing. We got a lot of compliments. Overall Rockmans is a great value, very professional, wonderful to work with, and highly experienced.
