This was the worse service I ever had from Edible arrangements in Grapevine. The fruit tray I ordered was displayed on plastic dollar tree tray and not wooden tray displayed on website. Flowers delivered 3 days later and were wilted. Delivered fruit and balloons one day late and Flowers 3 days after. Tried to call on Saturday and Sunday. They never answer phone. So embarrassing for gift for brother and wife anniversary gift. Wr had yo change vase for flowers to fit. White vase the sent to small. read more

Spent $60+ on a floral arrangement & cheesecake for my mother-in-law for her birthday. This was sooooo embarrassing. She said the cheesecake was "okay", but she asked us not to use this company again since the flowers were so bad. No worries, we won't!!! Broken stems, wilted flowers, ugly vase, poorly done arrangement, not all roses like advertised and no 1 hour delivery as also advertised. It took them 4+ hours to tell me they couldn't deliver same day! They actually did deliver same day, but yuck! I think a 4 yo could have done better. They did give a partial, approx 65% refund, but this shouldn't have happened in the first place! read more

Horrible Experience. I purchased a Birthday fruit arrangement that cost over $100 and it wasn't delivered to the business location until after 4pm CST. The cantaloupe was not fresh and went bad in less than 2 days. I called the store multiple time and was told manager was in a meeting and will call me back. I called again before closing and was advised Manger gone for the day. I told the employee that answered the phone I wanted a refund and he rudely said "I cant help you with that" and hung up. I called back and no answer. Manager called me back in less than 20 minutes and said fruit should be consumed in 24-48 hours . I buy fresh fruit from the grocery store that lasts longer than 48 hours when refrigerated. She offered to replace the order but the person that it was delivered to got sick from the fruit and declined. Very Poor customer service at this location. I will not be using Edible Arrangements again. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to my purchase! I didn't chose this location , my delivery address did. I don't live in Grapevine but my mother does. So, I ordered her an edible arrangement for her birthday on Dec. 30, 2023. The order specifically came with a floral bouquet, it was a combined with a box of chocolate fruit. Well, the flowers were not delivered. I was very disappointed in this store's ability to talk to me. I had to contact the corporate office twice in order to get a resolution. Then, the store only refunded me half!! And it took weeks to get this resolved due to the lack of communication and NO CALL BACK FROM A MANAGER like promised. Not impressed y'all, not worth it. Go to a local shop instead. read more

Neat place with amazingly tasty treats. Basically they make fruit bouquets, mostly for the same occasions for which you would send flowers. I was somewhat skeptical until the first time I tried one of their pieces of chocolate covered pineapple at a booth at Main Street Days and now I am an addict who tries to find reasons to send fruit boutiques. Absolutely horrible service! I wouldn't give any Stars if it would let me. I ordered an arrangement 5 days ahead of time to be delivered to an important client on her Birthday. When it hadn't arrived by 4:00 pm, I tried to call the store. The calls were never answered by a human and voicemail not returned, so I called the National number provided. That number just rang busy each of the 15 times I called it. I called the store location at least 25 times and could not speak with anyone. Finally at 7:00 pm, I received a call from the delivery person that said no one was answering the door. I explained to the driver that the recipient was out enjoying her Birthday dinner and that I would never have expected the fresh fruit delivery to be so late in the evening. The driver was apologetic and told me it was her first day and her manager gave her 14 deliveries to make that day. I asked her to have her manager call me the next morning so we could work it out. Next morning no call from the manager, so I started to call the store again. After no less than another 10 attempts, I finally got a person to answer. She was no help and offered to have the manager call me. I explained that I already had that option and that I was not going to wait for that. She gave me a number to the manager. I called and the manager explained to me that they have until 9:00 pm to deliver per their policy. I won't get into how stupid that is, but she stood by that and would not accept any responsibility about the delayed delivery. Just blamed her 71 year old delivery driver who "moved slow". Never apologized or took ownership of the problem, just blamed everyone else. Said she was at the store the day I was trying to call and answered all the incoming calls and said i was lying about how many times I called. Just a horrible way to conduct business. I have sent Edible Arrangements numerous times over the past 7 years. Never had any issue, even when I ordered at the last minute. Of course, none of those orders were from the Grapevine, Texas Store where the owner not only cannot spell Customer Service, but also cannot comprehend the first thing about how to provide it. read more

Super disappointing! My boyfriend ordered me an arrangement as a surprise and requested delivery to be by 3:30pm because of my work schedule. He ordered about 2 weeks ago. When he called today a lady came on the phone and did not introduce herself. She told him they would apply the coupon for feb 14th delivery and that adding anything elsw was not possible and they didn't have to do so. Customer service sounds like a joke. He ordered a pricey item and she told him ok we can just do a refund. Had the customer service and SYMPATHY been there he may have went through with still having the order delivered to me. I finally got on a wait line with hold music at around 5:15PM. I was on hold until 6:00PM when I could not hold any longer. To this moment, I have NOT received a word from anyone. I spoke with manager, Mary Jo?. Mary was apologetic and informed me that they were overwhelmed with orders. She informed me that they were not able to fulfill all of the orders. Really? Yet, Edible Arrangements continued to take orders on the website. Something is not right there. Mary informed me that she could discount the $10 delivery fee but still charge me for the arrangement and deliver it today, I think she said. A WHOPPING $10? Seriously? I told Mary that this is BEYOND absurd. This is 2/15/12. It's a regular calendar day now. Valentine's is ruined and the most Edible Arrangements can do is refund me the delivery fee??!! NO! I could give her a new car today and it wouldn't make up for it. I want Edible Arrangements to make this right. Any shop worth its salt would make things right with the repeat customer. Do not ever order anything from this company! I placed a Valenetine's Day order on February 10th online and they guarenteed my order for Valentine's Day and never delivered it at all. I tried calling them to get a status on the delivery, but they never answered the phone. I left messages and they were never returned. No one even notifed me or even emailed me that they couldn't make my delivery. I understand being busy, but as a customer, I deserve some kind of notification or don't take my order at all. Finally on February 15th, I get ahold of the manger who found my order and it was still sitting there in the store. I immediately wanted a refund and she was hesitant to refund my money. She actually still wanted to make the delvery the day after Valentine's Day and charge me! This was the worst customer experience I have ever had and they don't deserve to be in business. read more

I find it hilarious that people are saying this Edible Arrangements does not deserve any business whatsoever and that they will never order again. First of all, it is Valentines Day.. the busiest day of the year. I can guarantee you that their employees went into work at 2am in order to get everyone's arrangements made as fast as they could. These baskets are hand made. Can you imagine the work they put in? E-mailing a store and asking them to call is completely useless considering they are BUSY. Call them. Don't call at 5pm expecting someone to say "Hello?!!!!!" So you had one bad experience on the busiest day of the entire year. If an Edible Arrangement is all you decided to get your wife on "HER special day" then maybe you need to re-evaluate yourself. Grow up. It's a business, people make mistakes. If it upsets you that bad that you waste your time getting on the internet and trying to ruin someone's business over it then you have got way more problems than a late fruit basket. I was sent a gift from here. Horrible experience. First, they called to ask if they could make a delivery, I said I was home, but if there was melon included, to keep it as I am allergic. The sales associate, who was very nice, called back, and said that they would deliver something the next day without melon. Ok, sounds good. However, the next day, they came out without a call, (I just happened upon the delivery while returning from the grocery.) The arrangement was wilted, and had melon. I brought it to my Mom, who called the next day to say she had thrown it out. That all of the fruit looked bad, and she wasn't going to eat it.
