So when I stumbled upon a "Too Good To Go" deal for this place, I was in heaven--a $7 score (plus tax) with a very generous pick-up window that spanned basically all day. Now, I'm pretty sure these cookies were a day old, but seriously, who cares? It's not like you've never eaten a cookie the day after it was baked, right? The regular price of a dozen cookies here is about $30, so you can see why this deal was too sweet to pass up. It did smell great inside, and pick-up was quick and efficient; the goodies were all packed up and ready to go. I walked out with about 12 cookies of all varieties--some hits, some misses, but hey, variety is the spice of life. Now, can I bake tastier cookies myself? You bet I can. I gave this location another shot last night, even when they continually deliver my order to the wrong address. I had to ENSURE I put a BIG CAPITALIZED NOTE in the "special instructions" field to direct them to MY home for a change. Well, it was about 8:45pm when I placed an order & they got to me this time, thanks to my note, but when they got here- the cookies were NOT FRESHLY prepared!!!! I was so mad. I know it was later in the evening, but I believed that they're motto was they always make them FRESH! It seems like, they were rushed, ready to close & just really didn't care!! The cookies were CRISPY when they arrived. It was just AWFUL to expect the fresh & softness of TiffsTreats cookies when I took my 1st bite & got crispy and old! Like they'd been sitting and they warmed them up and delivered " their last order" - SMH. Very disappointed. At this point, it's pointless for TiffsTreats in my area. No more - I don't know. I've loved Tiff's Treats ever since I went to college at UT Austin. This time, I ordered online and drove to the store to pick-up. Unfortunately, I had driven to the wrong store. In Dallas, getting anywhere is a 35-40+ minute affair so I just asked if they could help me out right then. The cashier was very accommodating and fulfilled my order without a problem. Although the cookies weren't baked fresh, he warmed them up and you couldn't even tell otherwise. Everything was buttery and delicious as expected. I'm a big fan of the pecan chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, and m&m flavors, but you really can't go wrong with what you choose. They also have bundles so you can add brownies, milk, ice cream, or even celebration balloons to your box. My only grievance is the cost. This place is getting pretty pricey, y'all. Also, this is not really a store that invites you to hang out, so expect to grab your cookies and bolt. read more

This location is hard to find. To make it easier to navigate just put Lake Vista Dr. into the GPS and it'll take you there directly. Not sure if there's a way to avoid the tolls... I had a pretty good experience here. I did the Southville challenge: Southlake Lewisville double grand openings and got my tote and gift card plus a few cookies:-) My favorites are the chocolate chip and m&m ones. More importantly, the cookies themselves are just as delicious as always! ---------------------------------------------------- I will preface this by saying I love Tiff's cookies. They taste absolutely amazing and they always hit the spot. However, this review is specifically for this Tiff's location. I did not enjoy the experience here at all. I came in person and placed an order, and the cookies I want are all there sitting in the front ready to go. However...they prioritize filling in all of the online orders first and ultimately I had to wait over 25 minutes to get my cookies and watch several cars come and go and get served immediately. I understand providing good service for online orders, but it should not come at the expense of someone who is there in person ready to go right then and there. It astounds me that the cookies literally sitting there on display and all they need to do is heat them up briefly in the oven. In fact, they can just put them in a box for me immediately and i can heat it up myself. I don't understand why the process of serving customers is like this. Only reason this review is getting 2 stars is because I love the original location in Austin, I've never once had an issue getting cookies there immediately, whether I'm in person or picking up an online order. First time here-- couldn't enjoy the cookies. Ordered 2 different orders of various flavors. I know it's somewhat common to undercook cookies so that they're soft but the middle of my 2nd order were completely raw. Very disappointed & irritating, as they were gifts. Waste **UPDATE** I was contacted by the manager of this location about my experience and he really just went above and beyond to address the errors with my first order. I was offered replacement cookies, which was great, but what I wasn't expecting was ice cream (!!) & a gift card as well, delivered to my job. UNMATCHED CUSTOMER SERVICE, seriously. Cookie flavors were oatmeal raisin, PB, Choc chip, white choc almond. The oatmeal was a hit, as were the white choc almond. Major difference between this order and the first order as far as cookie taste. They're too soft for my personal preference but that's no fault of Tiff's--that doesn't affect taste. read more

I worked out all day and thought I deserved a treat. This place was quite a treat. I scarfed down two cookies in less than 2 minutes. These things were awesome. He truly cares about his customers and make sure customer service is received in this place. What got me visiting today was checking out this new location that everyone talked about. The company I work for got some cookies delivered a couple days ago so I decided to go check it out. Turns out they had some big grand opening today. Awesome. I missed out on that memo. People coming in after 1 pm still claiming these prizes and things. Awesome, but felt a little left out. No big deal I guess let's carry on to buying some cookies. Still though saw some people getting these bags. At minimum the workers could have been telling cookie buyers why people were getting these bags or if they are for sell or if there is a way to redeem them. Nothing. Obviously there was some stock of these bags since more and more people were getting them except us. But hey again, no big deal........... But then I saw I miss the $5 cookie box deal. Ok ended at 1 pm. I came in around 3 o'clock. It's all good. It was fair of us missing out in that time frame. What got me is that how are you going to allow all this data to float around inside the shop while you have, what I would label "the losers who didn't get the bag and the $5 dollar cookies". Just coming in there and buying $15 dollars worth of cookies and to not feel like we are not getting treated awesome. There was this awkwardness coming in. No official greeting. Felt like they got burnt out from all the lucky people in the morning and the later crowd didn't deserve their absolute best on customer service. Like I said. It wasn't a big deal overall on the little bag and all but the way we were "treated"(it's in the name) didn't feel at all the same. People coming in claiming the bags were treated like "oh hello you get one awesome thing here you go, oh it's ok let's take our time talking about this prize you got and don't buy any cookies, while the people behind you see us with all this awesome stuff and let them be the losers buying cookies with no prizes or greeting they can wait for me to ring them up" .............see my point? I ordered the birthday package for my husbands birthday because we absolutely love the chocolate chip and snickerdoodle cookies! It came with expired milk. I gave them a call to let them know. They were so apologetic and sent out a whole new order right away and gave us a gift card for our troubles. Then a day later I got a phone call from management asking if everything came out right and wanted to check in (hubby drank some of the milk). A few weeks ago, some friends ordered my family and I Tiff's Treats when they heard about the passing of my grandmother. When I called to schedule my delivery, the worker was extremely kind and patient and changed my delivery site all the way to Dallas to deliver at my grandfather's place where we all were.
