It wasn't until several hours later when someone came to visit me that it was discovered on my porch with the chocolate melted off the strawberries and the fruit turning brown from the heat outside. The chocolate dipped strawberries are great. However whenever I go in and ask for some to purchase, the conversation is always the same. I usually have to ask and they say they don't have any prepped at the moment. I always ask if they can be made and they're usually like " uh it'd be a wait ". And when I ask if I can wait they always say it's gonna be five minutes.. it makes it seem like they avoid doing it until you continually ask. If there was a better response all together this place might have a better rating. I hate feeling that I'm annoying someone to have to purchase something I'm paying for. read more

Against my better judgement I gave this location a second chance after they were over 2 hours late on my first order with them. I spoke to a sale associate who ASSURED me it would be here by 5pm, but lo and behold "they had a problem with their driver" which must be the stock excuse they give for disorganization and ineptitude to every customer. I couldn't be home when an arrangement was to be delivered. I called upon receiving their message and told them I will be home after 4:30 the next day. When nothing arrived and I called again they insisted it was delivered and wished me a nice day. She wasn't apologetic or tried to make the situation better. Not the way to run a business. My grandmother spent a lot of money on an edible arrangement that we won't get to enjoy. I will continue using the stony brook location when sending these to family and friends. read more
