Hands down best florist in the area. They will bend over backwards for the customer at this place. They charge a fair price and their flowers are high quality! Towers Flowers - Need I say more - Florists Near Me - Nesconset, New York

Great selection of fresh flowers and custom arrangements . Our go to florist near Nesconset

Never actually purchased anything from them but came in for roses on Valentine's Day. $125 for predone bouquets that looked like they've been sitting out for way too long. When I asked to just get a wrapped bouquet of roses I was told it's the same price. Went up to the street to my usual spot and paid $75 for 12 fresh roses, a vase, and a balloon. I don't plan on ever giving them my business after this experience. I've bought enough roses on Valentine's Days over the years to know what they cost..and this was blatant greed. I'd love to support the local business but I will gladly drive 10-15 minutes in any other direction to avoid giving them any of my money. read more

Wanted to say everyone was super helpful at helping me pick and choose flowers for my now wifes bridal shower. The size and wrapping was done perfectly for what I was looking for. Flowers were fresh and lively, she loved them! read more

Great communication, quick and efficient service. Gorgeous flowers, bouquets well put together. Provided the suggestion of taking the scraps of bridesmaid dresses as the covers for the bouquets. Beautifully done! Prices were appropriate as I had the watermill vender package. Add ons were reasonably priced. Would recommend!! read more

Overpriced not worth it! They sell you more than what you get! One rose with a bunch of 1/2 dead filler flowers for $60

This place always finds a way to impress me. The flowers are always healthy and beautiful. Ashley and i forgot the other workers name went above and beyond yesterday. read more

We used Towers Flowers on a recommendation from Ava's in Mastic (also Highly recommend) for a same day funeral. They made the most beautiful arrangement of all there on short notice. It was delivered on time in about 4 hours and at about $50 less than any internet price. Be sure when you call you are getting Towers Flowers and not Ava's Flowers, which is a service that intercepts calls and gets a commission and sends crappy flowers. I cannot express my gratitude and satisfaction enough for Towers Flowers! read more

Outstanding job by Kaela for the centerpieces and bouquets for my daughter's wedding this weekend. She took our vision and made it come to fruition, better than we could have imagined! Excellent service, highly recommend Kaela for your wedding needs. read more

Always a pleasure to work with. Recently my sister passed and they knew exactly what I wanted! When I got there and saw it, it was beautiful but the ribbon was missing! I found out the "new miss thing" ripped off all the ribbons except for hers. Towers has always taken care of my friends and have asked me about orders I usually send! Not only that, as soon as I walk in, they remember me! I'm so lucky to have a business like this to help me in good times and bad. Thanks --- you guys are and always will be the best!! read more

We used Tower Flowers in Nesconset. The bouquet we received looked like flowers you pick up in a grocery store, not a florist. 6 carnations for $50. The filler was awful. Terrible presentation. Plus they no longer offer spray color flowers only natural. We needed blue and white and we got purple. I called and complained and informed them we wouldn't be using them anymore, I was told to have a nice day. Definitely don't get your money's worth read more

Tower flowers did a beautiful job on our flowers for our weddings. I had a wedding on one of the biggest storms Long Island has ever seen. They made sure all the flowers made it and were set up beautifully. I really can't say enough about how much I enjoyed working with them read more

I have used tower flowers for 2 occasions in the last 6 months and they have done an excellent job both times. The workers are very friendly and helpful. Both times I ordered through them, I gave them the price that I wanted to pay with delivery included and told them to create the best bouquet possible with the price I told them. This last time I ordered I told them $80 and they created this beautiful arrangement. That price included delivery and they had it delivered within 24 hours of making the call. I will recommend this place to friends and family as this is a great local place to support! read more

Towers Flowers - Beautiful arrangement - Florists Near Me - Nesconset, New York

I have done business with Towers Flowers in Nesconset for well over 10 years. Their service and product was always great with reasonable prices. Now, with what are apparently new owners, they have, in my opinion, really gone down hill in terms of quality, customer service and price. A funeral wreath I ordered a few months ago was double the price under the new owners and the quality of the arrangement was terribly embarrassing especially considering the $400 price tag. Figuring it might be a one off I called them today (a Sunday) for a wake scheduled on Tuesday. Despite their Yelp site indicating they were open from 9-5, my phone calls (two) were not answered (11:15 AM) with calls going to voicemail. I will be looking for a new florist. read more

Spectacular arrangement. Very sympathetic in our hour of grief. Pleasant demeanor. Prepared an unbelievable Ranger logo for a great ranger fan. The logo was 4 feet by 5 feet better than expected. Everyone was in awe. Highly recommend this florist for all floral needs. read more

I have used Towers Flowers on a few occasions; most recently, to send an arrangement to my wife for our anniversary. While there is often a difference between what you see on-line and what's delivered, the florists here outdid themselves - an absolutely beautiful assortment of flowers in bloom and soon to be blossoming. Flowers are not cheap, and the balance of beauty and cost is a challenge, but Towers gets my 5 stars without any hesitancy. read more

Really the only florist I go to. Whether it's Mother's Day, Easter or a wake...this place knows the deal. It's a little small, so can get tight in there on those days when everyone is out getting flowers. So, plan ahead if you're looking to get a floral arrangement, or just a bouquet, on a holiday. Call ahead, or go in a few days early and discuss what you want and then come pick it up at your leisure. If you don't know what you want, they'll be more than helpful in choosing something to get across what it is you want to say. Many times I've used this place, and more often than not I really have no idea what I want to get. That doesn't matter because I'll pick out a few things I think look good, and they pick out complimentary flowers and then come up with a great arrangement. I've seen some bad arrangements in my day that made even me say, "huh?", but not from this place. Seems they've been doing this a long time and know how to really make a good composition using flowers. Service is always super friendly, even when they're noticeably stressed on those hectic holidays where the line is out the door. More power to tower flowers! read more

I've stopped in here a few times to grab a quick bouquet and the service is always good. The premade bouquets are beautiful and well priced. I just hate how messy it is in there. I've never been in there when there wasn't boxes and boxes of crap all over the floor and it's a pretty big space for a floral shop! My girlfriend used them for her wedding and I went with her to a consultation. It went well and she was happy with the choices they presented to her. The only thing is that the woman she had her meeting with was late getting ready so I had to leave the consultation early because I had to be somewhere else. If you're going for a wedding consultation I would allocate ample time. read more

The nerve of these people. I ordered a white rose boutonnière for a Junior prom. I arrived to pick it up and it was the tiniest one I have ever seen. I stated that it was too small and the staff answer was, "Oh, the roses came in small this time". Again, the nerve. Like my daughter was going to present this tiny thing to her prom date. Ha! I asked for a larger rose and was told I had to come back in 15 minutes. The good news was that I didn't use this recommended florist for an upcoming wedding. This will be my last purchase here. read more

Towers Flowers - The correct size. The first one was one third the size and had closed petals - Florists Near Me - Nesconset, New York

I recently ordered a dozen long stem roses in a vase for a funeral. They were nice, but I was not pleased with the fact that all the roses were completely opened, which makes me think that they won't last more than a day or two. I arrived at the funeral home, about an hour after they were delivered so it's not like they had been sitting at the funeral home for two or three days when I saw them. read more

Just moved to the area and tried the local florist. I ordered a $50 bouquet for my mother's birthday. I picked up the arrangement at 12:00 pm and it presented nicely. After placed in water in a vase, 4 hours later the flowers were wilted. By the next morning the flowers looked awful. Spoke with the manager who asked me to bring in the dead flowers and she will replace them (awful suggestion), next she offered to refund me $6.00 for a dead hydrangea. The condescending attitude and short abrupt tone was extremely disappointing. Needless to say.... I do not recommend this establishment and I will not be back. read more

Searching frantically the day before my cousin's wake for a decent flower place in long island that wouldn't charge us a small fortune for flowers--I came across Towers Flowers. We really wanted a custom piece in the shape of a Yankee symbol but there was no place in LI that understood what we were looking for and only offered us the $600 option so I settled for a Spray with Yankee symbols on the ribbons. They honestly did a beautiful job and it was decently priced so that my sisters, cousins and I could split it comfortably. It was a pleasant experience during a difficult time in our lives. read more

O always have a nice experience at this store. Each person. I have dealt with has taking their time to listen to what I want as well as with the person receiving the flowers likes. I feel that the prices are reasonable and the quality of the flowers are better than what you would get in a large store. read more

This is the second time I've tired this place (basically because there is no other options in the immediate area) and they have stunk both time. It takes 15 minutes for someone to come from the back to ask if you need help, the place is a mess, the ladies who work there are not friendly at all, they expect you to be able to read their minds and make snoody comments about the customers expecting us not to hear them. NEVER AGAIN will I give them my business. I'd rather drive into Smithtown for better service. read more

This place is great, the flowers are always quality and a great variety. They always make a great custom bouquet at any price point. Give them some time for custom, because they pick the best, trim and wrap beautifully for any occasion, that takes time and it shows. Have gone here for years and it is the best around! They have roses in the most beautiful colors. read more

I've pretty much only ever ordered small bouquets from here, but they are always very pretty, flowers fresh and full and the staff friendly and quick. Flowers a bit expensive but equal to most florists as far as I know read more

Great arrangement and quality flowers... but customer service could use a bit of work. I go here on average once a month to get bouquets. They never disappoint!!! The amount and quality of flowers is very generous and the style never fails!! I will always keep coming here for flowers as they are definitely the best ones around the area in comparison to other flower shops. My two recommendations: One is to have little bit more customer care. Most of the time I am not acknowledged or greeted with or without a wait. I wait at least 10 to 15 mins if I am one customer behind. If it is really busy i can understand, but just walking in and saying hello with no acknowledgement is a little rude. In return, however, they do take their time to make sure the bouquet is nothing less than perfect and happy with the customer. Second, I would take a little more caution walking in and perhaps keeping the customer area better kept. This is a small place, but you can tell even in the back it's pretty messy. I am just concerned someone may slip and fall, as i have slipped once or twice. If it wasn't for those two things, 5 stars hands down! read more

Called from Virginia and the customer service was amazing! Very accommodating; able to deliver the day I called. Tried really hard to deliver but my friend wasn't home. They called her house, tried multiple times, tried the neighbors and called me to ask what they should do. They were so polite and accommodating. And, most importantly, the flowers were gorgeous! Very happy with this business! read more

Bridgette is an angel. We walked in, and she made my bride to be's flower dreams come true. The shop is clean. Lots of fresh flowers, and you can tell that they do quite the volume of business. The shop was busy. We didn't have an appointment. Bridgette dropped everything, designed perfect arrangements, quoted a fair price and closed the deal. Bridgette left us feeling confident that the flowers will be perfect. read more

I live in CALIFORNIA, and quite sadly, my sister and a best friend of of the three of us learned that a childhood friend of ours had died to what seemed to us as suddenly. And I had spoken to her hubby the day before, but as I was returning a call, I had no good phone number or address as the three of us had gotten either new phones, or new phone as computers. One friend found the obituary, which made it clear none of us could possibly pull our lives together and travel to Long Island so quickly. To make this short(er), We wanted to send something to the church, but we could not find ANY of our friends FIVE siblings. A wonderful, calm, kind woman ( Jaime ) went WAY OUT OF HER JOB to call our friends daughter to see if she remembered me ( or my other two friends) and I gave her as much background of their family to make it easier to speak with the daughter - who, by the grace of God, remembered me Our friends daughter was very gracious and Jaime said she was happy to learn her Dad would know we did the best we could to show him how much our hearts also hurt, but his floral arrangement will live for a long time Now, due to personal issues, I can rest assured that the wonderful selection Jaime talked about was perfect w/ my friends, and the husband will get help to transport it. Jaime assisted w/ coordinating the delivery to church and shared w/me how our "family" are doing . We all grew up w/the newly widowed husband and we are so grateful to have been able to reconnect in time to help our family. THE PRICES ARE UNBELIEVABLY REASONABLE . Ordering from clear across country I had no idea what to expect - again - Jaime was calm and empathetic during the call. It was also VERY IMPORTANT TO ME that this is a family owned business - no 1-800. etc. When I called I was emotional and with everything that Jaime did for the three of us, well, we are as much at peace as possible given our best friend and brother and their daughter have lost a wife and mom. But none of us have any worry about the floral arrangement. If you want to have local small business don' call 1-800 , find the real number and know what you are getting. Jaime, thank you on behalf of the friends in CA & ID w/?your help and kindness You will not be forgotten. From California and Southern Idaho, Your customer from earlier in the week Wen, Lin, and Patti Please bear w/typos, this is very hard for me. read more
