Unfortunately, it was seven hours away, so no one wanted to drive that far at night. Since my man happily considered driving the four of us if we could stay somewhere in between, I frantically looked on Orbitz while we texted back and forth where we could stop off. Woo hoo! Score! I found this charming motel with an old "Western" theme. The office was closed when we arrived around 11 pm, but a window was open to check-in. The woman who helped me was friendly and welcoming. I was surprised she wasn't grouchy since it was late! I'm so glad there was a room available with 3 beds!! The girls always fight when we're away on vacation since they hate sharing a bed. The room was spacious and spotless! There was a microwave that we didn't use and a fridge that kept our food and drinks cold. We were given breakfast vouchers at Lumberjack's for both days we stayed.
