Love Edgewater for delivery! The salads are big nd plenty, I always order the Caesar now. They have pasta dishes that are simple but yummy, I like the Alfredo. TBH I've never ordered pizza from this place, only sandwiches and such. The delivery minimum ain't too bad either which is always a plus. read more

I will always be an advocate for Mom & Pop shops. They just seem to get it. Whether it's food, service, and even ambiance, they just seem to actually care about the customer as a person, rather than just another dollar in their pocket. Mrs. and her sister come here every so often and they are always treated like family. The food we ordered took some time, but nothing is waiting over heat lamps, nor is anything microwaved from what I tasted. My latest (not last) visit, we ordered the Edgewater Special which consisted of Kefta kebab, chicken kebab, and beef kebab (don't know if it was filet mignon, but was extremely tender and tasty) which included rice, pita, and house salad. The house salad was nicely light with a vinaigrette type dressing. The pita was nicely soft and hot to make little pita "sandwiches" with the proteins if I decided to. The meat from the kefta was seasoned perfectly, chicken kebab was seasoned perfectly as well and beef kebab was perfect. The food was amazing for a restaurant in a small strip mall. If you're on the 92, you can easily pass by this gem without even knowing it's there. If you're in the area and in the mood to try something really good, be it Mediterranean food or pizza (which I will try on my next visit), please be sure to give this wonderful family your business. My mouth is already drooling remisnicing about our meal. read more

Edgewater isn't just pizza, there's calzone, salads, burgers, and mediterranean food: kabobs, hummus, shawarma, etc. maybe a bit pricey but there's little competition around here. brew: coffee (m. 164) -initially harsh, but mellow later -only one unnamed blend, 4 thermos, drips: -friendly people, not sure about the food.... -so many choices, could they all be good? read more

I like their diverse menu. We can get a pizza and one kiddo can get a burger, and mom can get pasta. Nice salad choices. We like the pizza too! read more

This was my first time trying Mediterranean Food, & I must definitely say it's super delicious. This is a cute little hidden gem in Hayward. The restaurant is clean and the service was super efficient. All the food is made fresh to order and the taste can definitely confirm it. I can't wait to come back. Bring your family and friends! & if you've never tried Mediterranean Food before, you're missing out. 10/10 read more

Edgewater Pizza - lamb, beef, & chicken kebab - Pizza Near Me - Hayward, California

This Yelp listing really needs to be updated, it's so confusing and misleading about what is available. "What's popular" is all Mediterranean dishes, but none of that is available on their Ordering menu. When we used the Ordering menu to order their "edgewater special pizza" which is mentioned everywhere, they called us 20 minutes later to say they don't make it anymore. We were too hungry to wait for a different order so not going to actually try out this place anymore. read more

Been here plenty of times. Very tasty and delicious. I've gotten their kebab plates, burgers, and shawarma plates. They are always really nice and accommodating to substitutions. read more

I had the chicken kabab plate. AMAZING!! Everything is made to order & worth the wait! The meat was super tender and flavorful, the rice was perfectly cooked & the salad dressing was great. The absolute Best Gourmet Vegetable pizza I've ever had. Cannot be beat. Fresh vegetables and the white garlic sauce is perfect.

I ordered food on the Slice app this evening from Edgewater and Wow!! So many choices! Lots more than pizza and it is so Delicious!! I will definitely order from this restaurant again :) read more

Great pizza! Thin crust, cooked crispy and not doughy. The sauce on the pizza is very good. Got Mozzarella sticks, Combo Pizza and cheese. The kids and wife all approved so that's saying a lot when I get a thumbs up from my crowd. Delivery time was before expectation and just out the oven! There are other pizzas in the area that are cheaper but not nearly as good. Not gourmet, but very good quality. Great Value, great service read more

Since the recent lockdown we have ordered delivery from Edgewater several times. They are fast with the food and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality, freshness, and variety of food. They have fresh salads, dinner plates with salmon and rice, caprese salad, as well as pizza. Edgewater is quickly becoming a favorite place to order from and as soon as we are allowed, we will try dining in too. read more

Hands down the' best delivery ever. I ordered the Salmon entree that came salad and rice. A side of chicken wings and fries. First time ordering from here. Exceeds my expectations. Ordered the Eden Special medium pizza. Ham, bacon, red and white onions, pineapple and poly sauce. This pizza was perfect. Fresh ingredients and you can smell the sweet and savory as soon as you open up the box. Delivery was quick too. Shaved off 20min from the estimated time given. I noticed there's so much more than pizza at this place. May try the salmon plate next time around. read more

Cravings for pizza led us here. We ordered thru DoorDash. It was delivered quickly and the food was piping hot. Would recommend!

The pizza is some how good not bad at all, the staff are nice the pizza taste is not bad not good.

Enjoyed a Gourmet Veggie and a Pepperoni. Not too greasy. Crust is ok. Delivered hot in 45 min.

Don't get delivery, the driver can't speak or understand English. I order a large and medium pizza, for 24.95. I got a personal pizza and a large. They can't get it right on my first order. Excuses is what you get when you order out. It took well over an hour 1/2 and I had to wait in the parking lot at my apt complex for the driver, delivery means " convince" not " unconvinced " . I didn't get what I ordered. They didn't care. read more

We order delivery once a week so we can try new restaurants in area. We ordered Pizza and wings from their website. The food arrived an hour and a half later soggy and cold. There are many pizza choices around that produce better tasting food and quicker. Will definitely not be going back. read more

Where do I start? We came in & had to wait a minute before we were greeted. I saw only one man working & as we perused the menu, after what seemed like eternity, he finally acknowledged us. Point taken away. It appeared he was very busy for grub hub orders. I ordered a personal cheese pizza, shrimp salad & lemon pepper wings. He ordered a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich & BBQ wings. For me, the shrimp salad was delicious. The lemon pepper wings very zesty, i liked. The cheese pizza was cool. You can't really mess up a cheese pizza. He said the BBQ wings was good, tangy sauce & the cheese steak was alright. All in all, I'd try them again. Maybe today was busy. Maybe next time we'll get a "hello" when we enter the establishment. read more

Love this place!! The pizza is amazing! Best pizza I've ever had hands down. We also ordered a chicken club sandwich and pasta. I tried a little bit of everything and it all exceeded my expectations. Plus the owners are super sweet and helpful. Will recommend this place to all of my friends and colleagues. Cannot express this enough, simply amazing. read more

best value pizza in the east bay. crust thickness closer to new York style, which I really like. they are the in n out of pizza. I get a cheese pizza with garlic, onions, jalapenos, and mushrooms. the pizza is not too heavy and my family is shocked by how good it is. read more

0 stars People that run this place have no manners, low quality & driver is creepy. Driver was too much in a hurry to let me check my order. He just ran off. Too bad I wanted to support a local place but THIS PLACE TASTES LIKE SHIT. PIZZA and WINGS ARE THE WORST EVER. read more

Delicious food and wonderful variety. Nice staff. Beautiful outdoor dining by the water.

My family LOVES this pizza! The crust is incredible and the ingredients always taste so fresh. Plus every time we have ordered delivery they have arrived early and the food is nice and hot. read more

The pizza crust was quite soggy, but the toppings were good. I'll go with someone else next time.

I am not a Hayward resident but I hosted my child's birthday at a venue near Edgewater Pizza. When my original catering fell through, I turned to EP and messaged them via their website. Antonio was prompt to reply and said they'd be able to cater the party as long as I called in the order the day before. I ordered pizzas, 60pcs wings, and two half trays of salad (avocado mango and chicken Caesar). Antonio was SO accommodating and patient in answering my questions and special requests. Would definitely recommend them for your party but give probably a 15min window for delivery. Also, we ended up ordering too much and had too many full pizzas left. Could've done without 5 pizzas but all in all, no one said no to free pizza to take home! I think I ordered XL pizzas but could have probably done all just L. read more

A Hayward hidden gem. We love this place so much and they're so patient and kind when we have any special request. I'm sure they can recognize us by our order by now! We're from upstate NY and this is the closest to NY style pizza and wings we've been able to find in Hayward! So good. read more

Edgewater Pizza - food was delicious! - Pizza Near Me - Hayward, California

This was my first time ever going to Edgewater Pizza. The company that I work for was having a party and wanted to order some calzones. I went to Edgewater Pizza's website and ordered through Grubhub. I completed my order and contacted them to see if they got my order. They said no so I did the order again and printed it out. I called and no one answered so I drove over there. Ask if they got my order and they said no again. I showed him my order and asked if he could do it. He said no the order was too big that I should have called a day before. I told him since I have my order here on paper could he still do it. And again he said no. Horrible customer service! He should have said yes he can but it would take a while. He missed out of $400.00 for his business. Never again will I or even the company that I work for orders from them. Good thing Pizza Guys was able to service us! read more

Ordered both Mediterranean pizzas in 16". Excellent value, free delivery, and legit good pizza! Better than pizza guys and half the price. Would be 5 stars, but delivery took 70 minutes, instead of the estimated 45-60. read more

Always early, friendly delivery people, excellent pizza with no skimping on the toppings!

Best pizza I had for a while. My son doesn't like combo pizza, but he will eat Edgewater Combos.

Exceptional food. Super fast/friendly delivery! Edgewater is a diamond in the rough. Well priced. I'll definitely be coming back!!

So I'm distraught after dropping off a vehicle we just purchased from a dealership. Horrible news from our technician about what's wrong with it. The dealership was friendly and accommodating but my stress level is really high. And now I'm driving home from Fremont. At the last second, I exit right before crossing the SM bridge as I have no cash. None. Crap. Plus I have the added bonus of not knowing where I am at and I am on a deadline so I have to get back to the Bay Area. My day so far sucks. I pulled into the nearest area that with any kind of restauranty kind of places in this industrial area hoping for the best. I stop at Subway and ask the non-English speaking lady where the nearest ATM is. She knows nothing. I venture next door to Edgewater Pizza and ask them. I must have looked the hot mess I was feeling because the owner asked me what I needed. I explained I just needed to cross the bridge. He told the girl at the register to give me $5. I protested and asked for an ATM. He refused and insisted. I'm a stubborn Sicilian woman so I demanded pizza with a big fat smile on my face so I could pay with my ATM card. The girl gave me $5. I bought pizza and a drink and added $5 to the total bill. The pizza was awesome. The service impeccable and I was so incredibly grateful to this nice man and his team for their kindness. It would have been easy for them to send me away without a care (like the subway lady) but they didn't. He wanted to help. It's people like this that make the world a better place. I wish I would have hugged him. Thank you so much for helping me out and making my day so much better, with simple act of kindness and some yummy pizza. I will visit you next time I'm in the area for sure. read more
