Saturday morning I get there at 8am when they open and ask to have my suit dry cleaned. The response I got was, "sorry but we don't do production on Saturday and I'll have to wait until Monday." I told her I was leaving Sunday and couldn't wait that long. Her response was, "I'm sorry but we don't do production sir" Here's my question, Why do you advertise it on your website????? I wouldn't have as big of a problem had the younger gentleman from earlier wasn't so arrogant while doing his job. These dress shirts range from $150- $300 and I do not want unnecessary chemicals on my shirts. They need to pay much better attention to detail. This is unacceptable UPDATE: The owner called and we both came to a resolution over the phone. Upon arrival he reversed engineered the starch and handled the clothes personally from beginning to end. When I returned to pick up the shirts the owner spent time walking me through what he did to reverse the starch in the shirts. And also walked me through ways to prolong the life of my shirts. Being wrong is one thing, owning up to it and doing what you can to fix that wrong is all anyone can ask. If you ever run into a problem just ask for Craig.

Soap Box extra large washers and dryer were perfect. $4 to wash each one and $2 to dry each one. However the equipment wasn't my inspiration to write this review. It was the employee, Cicily. Somehow she could tell I was a Laundromat novice. Maybe the awkward way I was inspecting the washers.... She walked me through what machines would be best for certain loads, how the machines operated so I knew how to use them, and especially her willingness to go the extra mile. When she discovered what stains I was trying to get out, she grabbed some peroxide and showed me how to apply it. I will visit a business based on my needs, but when one offers an experience that make you feel they really care about you, I'll find reasons to come back.

I saw no signs outside about booting. He told me he would only take $60 in cash. I said I would never return after this and he only said, "I'm sorry". That's how much they care about their customers or customer service. Apparently this is how Soap Box makes their money, no warnings or help just charge you $60 in cash. They even told me they had pick up and drop off places closer to where I live, so as to make it more convenient for me in the future. Pick up was on time was a small problem, but that was my fault for pre-washing. They explained again how they had tried three times to clear the spot. I really appreciate all the effort.

Picked the place based on positive reviews - what a mistake. Instead of dry cleaning it - this is what I paid over $30 for, the jacket was washed in some harsh detergent. The jackets color has faded; it is shedding feathers now - these what washing down jackets in detergent does; and it has 4 holes in the front now from tumbling in the dryer for hours. I would be better off washing it myself in the special down cleaner for free; jacket has a distinct food smell - this is not how clean clothes smells. They did it" - this is the response I got from the woman who runs the place - who is THEY? I wonder if any dry cleaning takes place there. The woman claims her "dry cleaning" is done on premises - I did not see anyone working there. However there was another customer there at the time whose cashmere sweater was ruined - I assume it was washed instead of dry cleaned. How is this shop allowed to operate? There should be legal action taken to stop the fraud and abuse of customers.
