I had them clean a cashmere sweater last month, and they did a great job! Took another sweater in today to be dry cleaned, and found they'd raised their price by 50% !!! When I asked about the price increase, I was told that they did so to match prices at Red Hanger - we don't even have Red Hanger Dry Cleaner here in Orem! They returned two shirts with the buttons broken and missing. I returned them to get them to replace the buttons and they only retuned one shirt with no buttons again! I think they have a different name now. read more

Over the years, we've used a number of places for our cleaning. We've ended up here. They just have better service while doing an excellent job with the actual cleaning. We like having a bag at the house we just drop the cleaning into. It's easy drop off. It's hard to give a longer review. They do everything correctly for us. Not much else is needed. read more

4 years ago I brought a wool rug here. A thick Native all wool rug, that I rolled up and brought to them to dry clean. They folded it like a blanket. Creased it. Who folds a wool rug? It should be rolled. Now this year. My now wife, brought her wedding dress to get cleaned here and they tore the lace and ripped two buttons off the dress. Our nice hanger is gone. They gave the dress back on their hanger. They did not return the dress in the hanger clipped up the same way we brought it to them. Do NOT take anything here you care about. read more

Terrible service, terrible customer interaction. I understand that we all make mistakes, it happens. When one side of the agreement has made a mistake, it is the common practice or expectation in our society to own the side that was in error. Not here, they would not recognize their error, kept making up excuses, one after another, not just one and stick to it. 1. "Sorry we can't find your Coat, we'll call you later" (no call) 2. "Oh, that claim number is from a few Months back" (dropped off 2 days earlier) 3. "We found your Coat, come pick it up, with $5 discount" (it was not cleaned at all) Won't be going back. read more

These folks are the BEST! Not only are their turn around times awesome, but my articles of clothing come out perfectly clean! I don't know what's going on behind the counter, some sort of sorcery I guess, because my own mother couldn't even get my clothes this clean. Absolutely disappointed with their service. Have a job interview tomorrow and went in there today to pick up my suit that they said would be ready today after 5:30. They said the boiler was broken and my suit would not be ready tomorrow. It's too late! What upsets me is that they didn't even bother to call or anything. I brought in two dresses, after bringing them in twice (there were new stains that were not originally there, or the stains were worse) they did not remove any stains, destroyed the belt on one dress and refused to give me a refund on the $20+ I spent there. I tried to come in severa times to get it taken care of but many of their staff were extremely unknowledgeable, did not properly mark stains, and gave me incorrect dates to pick up my items. Brought down a $350 dress to be dry cleaned and it came back having shrunk one and a half inches. The dress itself and the liner no longer line up and the dress is unwearable. It's obvious that water was used in the DRY cleaning process causing the dress to shrink. Suffice it to say I will never return. read more

This place sucks!!!! I took a "Gucci" hat for them to clean it and they just destroyed it I talked to the owner and he refused to refund the money that I pay for that hat. He did not even apologize for what he did. To me, that is really unprofessional and I strongly recommend to go somewhere else. They are not a trusty worthy people!
