Like many other reviewers have said, the location is great. Nice atmosphere and ambience for a night out. The service, particularly the bartenders are terrible. After being ignored numerous times by two of them, one finally decided to serve us but did so with an attitude like it was an inconvenience for her. It was a Thursday night and not busy at all. When an employee is visibly annoyed and reluctant to do their job, particularly in the service industry, it ruins the entire experience. read more

Such a fun, beautiful addition to downtown! You take the elevator at up to the third floor, and there's indoor and outdoor seating. The star is really the rooftop outdoor seating. It is stunning! There is a GIANT christmas tree! Of course it's colder during the winter, but they had heaters available by each table. The staff were kind and helpful with turning our heater on. Around 7 pm, they had live jazz music. We were able to enjoy dinner and drinks (with a view) and felt safe outdoors! read more

First time here. During COVID, it can be hard to find places to eat that can offer social distancing. I was glad to find that this restaurant offered outdoor seating. The atmosphere and view were phenomenal. The menu was pretty limited and the food was not so great unfortunately. They don't serve chicken at all so we tried the beef sliders and pimento dip, crab dip, and eggplant dip. The bread was really hard and the meat just didn't have a good flavor. While this would not be my choice for dinner again, I would definitely come back around sunset to have a few drinks with friends! read more

Ill never understand why it takes so long at places like this. We ordered some dip and got it 30 minutes later. I ordered a drink which took 20 minutes. We were there over 2 hours waiting and finally got nachos and sliders. If your not sitting at the bar it seems they dont act with a sense of urgency. I cant tell you how many people came after us and left before us. Also dont order any drinks. Your going to pay close to 15 dollars for something that could fit in a shot glass. For the amount of money I spent there I would of hoped for more. read more

The atmosphere is is great!!! We ordered the Pork belly nachos which were delicious. The Wagyu sliders and Pork belly sliders also delicious !!!! We also ordered three of the dips the best one is the Blue crab dip and the Smoked Gouda Pimento cheese dip. The Patatas Bravas were awful bland no flavor as wel as the paprika aioli no flavor either. Please make changes to that item maybe some garlic added to the aioli and potatoes would help. A few friends and I came for a quick pick me up. For clarification sake, we were a Black and Brown group. Upon being seated we asked for tequila and our wait or took it upon himself to ask if we wanted Casamigos. Now, for those who are not aware Casamigos has become very popular in the black community HOWEVER it's not the house tequila or the most premium so for our waiter to ask that is a micro aggression because why are you so comfortable to assume. My ginger ale was flat and the filled it with water after not paying attention. Which normally would be fine because people make mistakes and have off days but there's more. The hostess comped one of our desserts because of a mix up and the waiter mixed up our tickets. Also not super major but when we asked for it to be fixed it seemed like a bother and he was being put out. 10/10 would not recommend. read more

Went here tonight and ordered a drink and food. The mojito was atrocious and I told my waiter it didn't taste right so he brought me a different drink and still charged me for both, even though I didn't drink it and left it on the edge of the table for him to take away. My boyfriend didn't complain and just paid for it, but that's definitely poor customer service. The food is okay, but not anything special for the price. I had the sliders. We went to Edgars above broad to celebrate a going away party: more people showed up than our reservation allotted for the hostess was very sweet and accommodating. She had great customer service but then the assistant manager came and was very nasty and rude about the problem. She made the experience unpleasant. When we closed out our receipts she slammed the receipts on the table..so nasty, so rude. I appreciate the hostess for her exemplary service and her manager should take notes from her. Other than that, I enjoyed the food and drinks. It's great for a small get together, if you have an accurate head count. read more

For the money it was a total let down BUT our waiter saved all that wasn't right. When I drop $300 for apps and some drinks for two, I don't expect excellence I demand it, but I also vote with my feet and our waiter will get me back in the door, the food better be better because it was horrible. Last night was date night for my husband & I, as for this being our our first bar experience together, had to be hands down the best. We didn't make a reservation however the hostess gave us seats by the bar. Then our bartender made sure we never had an empty glass. Unfortunately there we long lines for those who did sit farther away from the bar so that did make it difficult for others. My recommendation would simply just to add another location of bar tending only to avoid lines being crowded for drinks. Other than that the atmosphere was great & we will most definitely come back again soon. read more

I bet it would be a good place to go with a date but it certainly isn't a casual bar. It has an amazing ambiance and setting! I love how it still feels like you're outside while sitting at the bar indoors. However, the bartenders were very slow and I watched them argue and fight with each other. One of the older bartenders was almost in tears when her coworker asked her to cut limes. That's not what I want to watch while waiting for a drink. Notice I said waiting instead of having because it took forever to get a drink much less get someone to pay attention to me. But I would come back with a date. Truly, this place was awesome. The view was great, the food was great, but most importantly, the service was great too! Maybe a tad pricey, but I feel everywhere is these days. Nice to see a rooftop bar in Augusta. Live music was playing and the drinks were cold. The ambiance is Beautiful. The setup is very relaxing and awesome for Mixers considering the outdoor setup. NOWWwWWW, what was wrong with this place based on my FIRST time experience is: 1)The managers were very staunch on who they could serve. We reserved a table for a birthday party and the limit was 10 and they WOULD ABSOULTELY not serve even ONE additional person. They definitely were not accomodating! Coming off a COVID-Lag you would think they would put their best CUSTOMER SERVICE "foot" forward but they failed! The waitress was uninviting and even disregarded our table. The food portion for the prices were ridiculously small. When I confronted the managers (yes more than one), they were very nonchalant and even passively-aggressively argued their poor service was reasonable. I did not spend any money there as I was there an 1hr and didnt even get my SPRITE drink order filled. Until the Management changes, I wouldnt patronize this place with buying a Drink of water.
