To make a long story short....they had charged me $120 for the 2 pieces. I was at another store close by and noticed they had the exact pieces 2 for $40 dollars. I took the 2 pieces I had bought from them and they charged me a restocking fee. ridiculous as the truck delivers supplies there everyday. Restocking???? so paid $120.... after restocking fee I received $96 back after much discussion. What a mark up! After opening one box of the vinyl ....the whole box ....each plank is chipped on the corner. Unusable! I am not installing the planks until first week in July....so we will see how many damaged planks I have in the other 33 boxes and what excuse they will have for not taking damaged planks back. I will update when I go to install planks in a few weeks.

NOTHING was left plugged in, all these guys had to do was pull the power bar out from the wall!!! EASY RIGHT! BUT NOOOOOOOO they had to un plug everything. NOW I have to wait 5 FIVE days for cogeco to come and plug everything back in. I tried with Cogeco over the phone but didnt work. I went into the store to complain but the person who sold me a few thousand dollars didnt care and was kind of rude. She said " Thats why we tell people to un plug their own things" BTW she never told me that. She asked "Who was the sales person" I said You! I just dont like how she responded and not showing much interest now everything was paid in full. If you want a nice sales person DO NOT go to Floors Plus More. Because of this place I will not have cable for 5 days. Cogeco said a cord must be damaged for nothing to work.

The pricing was difficult to locate and didn't appear to be per square foot like other stores. That can make it difficult to compare pricing. Bought tiles for bathroom reno in November. Tracy was helping me. I was debating using large tiles…read morefor the shower floors vs the typical small tiles. My contractor said that he would be ok doing that only if I also ordered the Schluter Kerdi shower base system. When I asked Tracy how much more (besides the tiles) this would cost me, she only quoted me 2 of the 3 pieces required. The base (talked to my contractor to ask what size was needed) and the linear drain Cover but made no mention of the actual drain also required. Cost: $656+ tax. So, I decided to go for it. Couple of weeks ago my contractor went to pick up the piece to start the job...no drain. Had to rush order it and the Cost: $417. When I talked to Tracy today she told me the contractor would not know what exact drain to order until he broke up the floor and it was up to me and him to ensure we ordered what we needed etc. When I mentioned that she never once mentioned this to me, she said that it was back in November and she could not recall the conversations regarding this order. When I explained that had I known that the Whole shower base system was going to run me nearly 1200$ I Would have used the smaller tiles. She was unsympathetic and Refused to acknowledge that it was her quoting error and refused to cover the additional cost or even charge me for her cost of the product ie waiving profit. Not impressed at all. When I make an error, I don't make others pay for it.
