Horrible. Zero stars. I try to avoid stores like this one with overpriced low quality items however because I was running low on time and live up the street I chose to settle with this store for convenience. I bought a few things that I thought would compliment my outfit because I didn't have time to try it on. I spent a total of 171 dollars on 04/27/24. When I realized the belt, bracelet and necklace didn't fit I went back on 4/28/24 to exchange these items for something I did like. The store manager didn't even look at the items before rudely saying no exchanges. I had the receipt and explained how I would never use the items and they would be a waste. Still she made no exceptions. I took the items and left. I'll never return the fashion district has the exact same clothes for a cheaper price. Although far I'll make the trip. Sad I lost out on $87 almost 90 dollars. She simply could have let me get something else. Mind you I returned it a day later, I never used it and had the receipt.

Looking for some glitzy, fun outfits for parties and events without breaking the bank? Eden sky is full of glitter! The prices are so reasonable and the stuff is pretty good. Ive bought many a glitter dress here for a christmas party. There's always a sale on it seems.

Rude ass people working here. I came here for a last minute birthday outfit. I was in such a hurry, I grabbed something without trying it on and bounced! So it's time for my birthday dinner, I go to put on the outfit and I literally has someone else's bodily fluids in the seat of the panties! So yea birthday outfit was ruined. I called and they continually hung up in my face. As I wasn't given a receipt, the associate kept it because I paid credit. Honestly the clothes are cute but go to FASHION NOVA cuz they don't have cooter juice on their clothes!

Out of all the stores on Melrose, Eden Sky is a total favorite of mine. The store representatives here are so sweet and accommodating, especially Melissa! She always asks how I'm doing and even offers to watch my little chihuahua when I'm in the dressing room. We always look forward to our shopping sprees here! The owner has great suggestions, too. She introduced me to a beautiful fitted dress that I wear all the time now. In short, I'm a regular customer here and every time I come in, I always leave with something lovely! The clothes at Eden Sky vary from beachy chic to bohemian to ghetto fab to pretty much anything suitable for a true and through L.A. girl. Let's just say, high-waisted distressed jean shorts, lace bralettes and platform heels are always in stock here. The jewelry selection is pretty eclectic and the whole store itself is reasonably priced. For instance, today I bought a chiffon jumpsuit for $30 and cat-eye shades for less than $10... What a steal! :) So, when my little sister came into town to visit me this month, I knew I had to take her shopping at Eden Sky. We happened to walk-in on a day where they were shooting Lifetime's "Girlfriend Intervention" and it was such a unique experience for her to see television production in action. Obviously, this place is getting some well-deserved buzz and they even opened up a new storefront in the Valley. Snaps for you Eden Sky!

At lease if it's going to be cheap quality it should be cheap in price.

They used to have separate stores for men and women, not sure if that's still a thing but it made it easier to browse depending on your style preferences. I've sold here plenty of times, and the commission is fair for what you're getting. The shopping experience is smooth, and the store offers a great mix of authentic, pre owned designer pieces. If you're into luxury consignment, it's worth a visit.

I have been both a buyer and a consignor with The RealReal for years, which makes this review…read moreparticularly disappointing to write. Most recently, I received an Officine Générale turtleneck that had been described as being in "Very Good" condition. It arrived with significant pilling, appeared dirty, and smelled strongly of cheap women's perfume. It was not remotely consistent with the condition advertised. What happened next was even more troubling. I contacted Customer Service expecting a straightforward acknowledgment and resolution. Instead, I received responses that repeatedly failed to address the actual issue being raised. The conversation devolved into a discussion about whether I would accept compensation based on the purchase price of the item, despite my making it abundantly clear that I had no interest in keeping it at any price. The concern was misrepresentation and quality control. I cannot recall another customer service interaction that felt this tone deaf. As someone who has worked with major organizations, including Apple and Spectrum, on matters involving customer experience and communication, I can honestly say I will use this exchange as an example of exactly what not to do. Customers understand that mistakes happen. What they do not forget is being ignored when they clearly articulate a legitimate concern. My concerns extend beyond this single transaction. As a consignor, I have increasingly questioned whether the standards applied to sellers are consistent or fair. A pair of Tod's loafers yielded a net payout to me of just $9.72. A brand-new pair of Theory shoes, still in the box with tags and obviously never worn, was graded only as "Good" condition and generated a payout of $7.00. The RealReal positions itself as a luxury marketplace. Luxury is not just a logo or a price point. It is attention to detail, thoughtful service, accurate representation, and respect for both buyers and consignors. Unfortunately, this experience failed on every one of those measures. Mistakes happen. Indifference should not.

Does Flirt Clothing live up to its name?…read more If you're expecting an inanimate building to ask your name and number, then no. And if you're expecting the employees to ask you "come here often?" before motioning the barkeep to bring you another of whatever you're having, then still, NO. Or maybe yes. Just not with me. Pffft. The clothes are definitely fun and flirty, though -- if you wear them. Flirt is the typical Melrose kitsch store -- one-offs and private labels abound. Not too many jean choices (mostly charcoal gray), and not that many T-shirts, but the ones they have will have you going gaga, lady. What's a boy like me doing reviewing an exclusively girl's store? Well, I have no intention of wearing that off-the-shoulder blouse or sundress (hmm... with the right belt and handbag, I -- nevermind), but the store is definitely a pleasant place, even if you're just waiting on girls to finish trying things on. You can stand there awkwardly listening to the early 1990s era boombox that's pumping out KISS FM all day (Lil Wayne seems determined to make me his fan), or check yourself out in the mirrors on the wall. "Oh you are quite the looker, aren't you..." Anyway, speaking of incredible, psychologically unhealthy narcissism (or not, whatever), the pink-curtained dressing rooms have matching pink folding chairs -- everything in the store has either touches or tons of pink, which sounds like a Hello Kitty nightmare but is actually kind of cute in a flamingo-pecked-my-eyes-out way. When you try things on, it's with a soft background of Pepto Bismo, but it does make that hotgasmic pair of koolats stand out in palatial, plaid glory. Sweet Heavens, but you're beautiful. Now close your curtain -- that weird tattoo guy with his tattooier girlfriend can see your thong. Hey, the stuff you're trying on is on sale, too! At least a fourth of the store is half off, so you'll have more money left over to blow on things like shoes, handbags, and rent. Service is fast, friendly, and helpful -- they'll make useful suggestions that aren't lame attempts at plus-selling. Flirt Clothing does lose one star because they forgot to remove a security tag on a $240 hobo bag. Now I'm going to have to come back tomorrow -- with receipt -- to have them remove it because SOMEBODY'S too busy (*cough* gainfully employed) to do so herself. I'm going to play like it's mine. It looks cuter on me anyway :-)

This is a nice store that carries clothing and accessories that you probably won't find at most…read moreother clothing shops on Melrose Ave. Most of the stores on this street tend to carry the same type of clothing. I bought a beautiful purple scarf with brown leopard spots on it the other day. The material was like that of a soft sweater. It was only $19.00. I could've gotten a better deal on it if I bargained with the lady there, but I didn't since the price was already low. Also, she was nice and showed me how to tie it since I wasn't sure how to wear it. I always leave scarves untied up until now. She showed me and it was easier than it I thought it would be. I really appreciated that. Also, it was great that she could actually break a $100.00 bill. Some places can't. If you're not familair with the area, you might not know that due to lots of competition, sometimes the shop owner or manager will give you a discount on clothes and other items if you ask them for one. Sometimes they are so eager to sell, they just offer you a good deal. I didn't want to appear cheap though, so I didn't bother asking. It was also nice that she didn't bug me or follow me around like a lot of the shop employees tend to do sometimes. This is a great place and I'll come back here next time I'm in LA.
