No additional pricing information or updated estimate was given. Upon pickup we found that they were charging hundreds more than what was disclosed/quoted. The customer service and the way the owner spoke in addressing the discrepancy and miscommunication was an awful experience. I truly feel the pricing for this service and way things were handled was deceptive. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

My dry cleaning is ready the day I drop it off if I drop it off early enough and by the next day if I drop it off later in the day. And the customer service at drop off and pick up is good - friendly, efficient. Obviously, some customers have had issues with this location, but I've found it be fine.
