This was my first time entering their establishment and it will be my last. I brought 8 items to be cleaned for a total price of $64.90. One of my items included a simple black dress that I have worn on three occasions. After inspecting my items the attendant prints a ticket and tells me that my items will be ready next Wednesday. Two hours later, she calls to tell me that my hem needs to be repaired and it will cost $45.00. I told her that I just wore the dress and nothing was wrong with the hem. She said "fine" and hung up on me. I returned to the cleaners to see the dress and 3/4 of the hem was hanging down and it looked like she did a rushed job repairing it. It is not physically possible to have almost my entire hem hanging down and not see it or feel it. I even have pictures of myself in the dress the day before and nothing was wrong with it. I told her to return all of my items because I did not trust her with the rest of my belongings. Please learn from my experience and look for another dry cleaner. The woman that runs this shop is a liar and she will damage your clothes and then charge you to fix it.
