It was simply time for a change of venue as far as me washing my laundry. This SUDSVILLE location was the breath of fresh air that I was looking for. When I first arrived I was a little skeptical. Then the side door opened and there was a basket waiting right there to use with my name on it A big shoutout to KAREN (who works tirelessly to keep everything clean and running smoothly) She even took timeout to help me get started with the proper machines. I had some oversized blankets and towels that would've taken many loads at home, so thought it might be a good opportunity to visit a laundromat for the first time. I arrived to a super clean, bright store with tons of open machines. You aren't crowded by other guests which is something I was worried about. It's certainly a popular spot, but there are a plethora of machines to use. The machines are all quick and effective, my items came out super clean in far less time than it would've taken me at home, and at a great price. Very big with enough washers & dryers so that you don't need to wait for a machine and and also aren't on top off other people. The location is always clean and I always see the employees spot cleaning, wiping down machines, and sanitizing. There are multiple size washers that range from 135 pounds capacity-20 pounds & some smaller washers that are the size one would have in a residence. I usually come here when I have larger loads of comforters and sleeping bags and use the 135 pound washer. There are also 2 different sizes dryers (regular & giant) Last time I came, a pillow exploded all over in a washer making a mess (very embarrassing for me) and Evelyn did a FANTASTIC job helping me clean it up and making sure the area and washer was clean for a next patron. read more

All the other Sudsvilles have free dry if you wash. This one you have to pay for both. Most laundromats nowadays let you dry for free.

Brand new machines. Very clean facility. Parking available in the front and back with automatic opening doors. Bathrooms were clean. They have Electrolux machines that can do up to 135lbs of laundry ($19.00 load). All the other machines are reasonably priced. Plenty of vending machines for snacks, drinks and laundry necessities. Multiple change machines. Fast/free guest WiFi. The only thing I think they are missing is an ATM so be sure to bring cash as none of the machines takes cards or anything or maybe just because I'm a millennial it's odd it's a change based system. read more

Clean environment, usually only one staff member which is fine because for the most part you won't need them. Never really too many people. For a public laundry mat it's a good one. I give 3 stars only because the machines jam quite a bit when you put your change in. Also because the bathroom isn't the cleanest. Which isn't a big deal. This place is huge, it's clean, it's cool (so many laundromats have no A/C in them), and it's pretty quiet besides. I don't have a lot of reasons to use a laundromat other than when I get REALLY far behind on my home laundry and want to do a big catch-up, or when I need to do something big like a comforter. For what it's worth, they're time-savers, too, working in a much shorter time than a home machine would. There's a huge variety of machines for the laundry, with recommended maximum weights for the clothes on each bank of machines. Likewise the dryers came in two different sizes. There are vending machines for snacks and drinks as well as for detergent or fabric softener. Free WiFi was advertised, but the day I was there I couldn't get past the Terms of Service screen. There is also an ATM and change machines, as well as bill breakers. The sign out front said that credit cards and cash are both accepted, but I discovered that only some of the washers, and NONE of the dryers, take credit cards at present. Since this represents a change from older reviews, my presumption is that they're doing a slow roll on converting the machines. read more

On 10/9/22 their washer machine chared me 10 dollars instead of 5 dollars. I asked the attendent why it was charging me 10 dollars and she had no idea what I was talking about, I kept having to repeat myself and all she can say is she didnt know, she didnt even offer a refund. This was my first and last time ever washing my clothes there. How on earth are you overcharging and you are hiring people who have no idea about these machines?. I am highly disappointed! read more

Nice experience. Parking right in front with handy laundry carts I front ready to go. Large lots of washers and dryers available all sizes. Nicole helped us get started. This is probably one of the best 24 hour laundromats I've attended in such a long time. Not because of the franchise, but the workers in this store made my "dreaded laundry night" very pleasant. They kept the place clean! You never saw them sitting. They were always cleaning the washers and the dryers, changing the trash. sweeping the floor and actually wiping off the countertops. Been to several locations. Generally friendly, helpful w questions re the fancy machines. Good parking. Very clean and convenient locations and hrs. Some of the machines take credit cards in addition to coins now, but they haven't switched to their own cards yet, like some places. It's a trade-off. read more

I had used this laundry for the past several months without as my incidents. It is clean. But a new Nigerian attendant was extremely rude and disrespectful and the police had to be called. On the outside kiosk, it states, "free washing soap, Mondays thru Fridays". I had several loads to wash and he limited it. read more

I generally don't visit laundromats but twice a year I was large comforters and quilts, etc. Today was a great day to do it and I headed to my local Sudsville. It's a great and clean establishment thanks to a lovely manager, Nicole. If Nicole isn't the manager she should be after 10 rears working at Sudsville. I met her at the Loch Raven location many years ago and she has just gotten sweeter over the years. Nicole has an awesome personality and a huge welcoming smile and is always ready to help a customer in anyway possible! To have an experience like this, one can't dread the ordeal! I will even call the Corporate office tomorrow and relate my experience and gratitude for Nicole. She deserves a raise and also a promotion for her years of dedication to Sudsville's customers! Most attendants are helpful and respectful. Today, sadly, he was rude and caused me embarrassment. He knocked on the bathroom door telling me 'whats going on in there, can't tie up the bathroom all day as if he were scolding a child. I confronted him and told him how rude and embarrassing it was, and he just shrugged me off saying he didn't know what was going on in there and the other bathroom was out of order. No sign noted on the door though. I will give this person a failing grade in customer service. read more
