Their website is user friendly: I was able to quickly create an account, add special instructions (which were precisely followed), and select the dates and time ranges to have my laundry picked up and dropped off. I receive texts when my laundry has been picked up, when it's finished, and when it's on the way. The app is as user friendly as the website. If I have any questions, the workers are always pleasant and responsive. When my laundry is delivered, it's clean, has that freshly laundered scent, and is folded impeccably I've never folded my own laundry that well! BEWARE: No Hot Water and No Warning to Customers…read more Very dissatisfied with my experience at Bubble City Laundromat. Today at approximately 3:30 a.m., I paid to use a washing machine and selected the hot-water setting because the laundry I was washing needed to be cleaned in hot water for sanitary reasons. However, every time I selected hot water, the machine automatically reverted to cold water. As a result, my laundry was washed in cold water despite my paying for a machine that offered a hot-water option. After speaking with the attendant, Keisha, I was informed that management is aware that there is no hot water available during nighttime hours. I also personally observed that there appeared to be no hot water available anywhere on the premises, including in the restroom sink. What makes this especially frustrating is that there were no signs posted anywhere informing customers that hot water was unavailable. There was no notice on the machine, no notice at the payment station, and no notice in the laundromat. Customers do not find out until after they have already loaded money onto their card and started a wash cycle. Had I known there was no hot water available, I would not have spent my money there. I believe customers deserve to know what services are actually available before paying for them. I am requesting a full refund of the money I spent and a full refund of the funds I loaded onto my laundry card during this visit. At a minimum, the laundromat should clearly post signs informing customers whenever hot water is unavailable. I hope management addresses this issue so that future customers can make informed decisions before spending their money.
