BEWARE: No Hot Water and No Warning to Customers Very dissatisfied with my experience at Bubble City Laundromat. Today at approximately 3:30 a.m., I paid to use a washing machine and selected the hot-water setting because the laundry I was washing needed to be cleaned in hot water for sanitary reasons. However, every time I selected hot water, the machine automatically reverted to cold water. As a result, my laundry was washed in cold water despite my paying for a machine that offered a hot-water option. After speaking with the attendant, Keisha, I was informed that management is aware that there is no hot water available during nighttime hours. I also personally observed that there appeared to be no hot water available anywhere on the premises, including in the restroom sink. What makes this especially frustrating is that there were no signs posted anywhere informing customers that hot water was unavailable. There was no notice on the machine, no notice at the payment station, and no notice in the laundromat. Customers do not find out until after they have already loaded money onto their card and started a wash cycle. Had I known there was no hot water available, I would not have spent my money there. I believe customers deserve to know what services are actually available before paying for them. I am requesting a full refund of the money I spent and a full refund of the funds I loaded onto my laundry card during this visit. At a minimum, the laundromat should clearly post signs informing customers whenever hot water is unavailable. I hope management addresses this issue so that future customers can make informed decisions before spending their money. read more

Service has been good until recently when items were missing from my order. Was told a specific person does my order and tips are suggested. Tips have been given and now items are missing. Management was notified but nothing has been done. read more

Today we received free laundry for everyone from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. This was in support of covid-19. I literally had 4 loads of clothes including comforters and sofa covers to help my elderly parents. Thank you so much!!!!!! read more

Their website is user friendly: I was able to quickly create an account, add special instructions (which were precisely followed), and select the dates and time ranges to have my laundry picked up and dropped off. I receive texts when my laundry has been picked up, when it's finished, and when it's on the way. The app is as user friendly as the website. If I have any questions, the workers are always pleasant and responsive. When my laundry is delivered, it's clean, has that freshly laundered scent, and is folded impeccably I've never folded my own laundry that well! If you're schedule is busy, if you don't have a washer and dryer, if you don't like doing laundry, or you're housebound, etc., I highly recommend Bubble City Laundromat. read more

Service has really gone downhill. Pickup and delivery are at the driver's discretion - you will get a text saying they will be there and then they don't show up. No one answers the phone half the time. It is after 6pm and my clothes that were supposed to be delivered today have not arrived and no one is answering. No discounts on the subpar service, no apologies. Canceling my biweekly subscription because this is ridiculous. Used to be a service I would recommend but not anymore. read more

They are a scam. I ordered 25 shirts to be pressed only (no laundry) for 1.25 per shirt. they charged me $6 per shirt for drycleaning it instead and AFTER MANY CALLS never gave me a refund. read more

Very clean, and spacious, with lots of places to sit. The staff is kind and courteous. Being the first time to a laundry mate in years, Brenda (staff member) is an asset to the staff to this laundry mate. She had taken me under her wing showed me everything, helped me select what was best for my comforter, and treated me as her family member. I am grateful for her and the quality of the business. This place is a terrible business. They never pick up or deliver your laundry on time. I paid almost $200 for laundry and was promised my clothes would be delivered at 9:30am on a Saturday after it was orignally supposed to to be delivered on a Thursday and never was. I will never use their service again they play too many games with people clothes, time and money. Piss poor of a business with piss poor business practices. read more

Three stars for the quality of laundry service but it's very disappointing that their pickup and delivery is always so late. You have to clear your whole day for them to pick up or deliver. I am unable to leave my laundry outside because I live in an apartment building that has secure access. Someone must be home to let them in or hand off the laundry. I place my order usually a day or two before and request either an 8-12 or 12-5 pick up/drop off and you'll be lucky if you can get service even within an hour of that time frame. The phone number is also frequently unavailable to accept calls. It's all very disappointing, especially because I also ALWAYS tip the driver. I had to cancel my pick up because they're over an hour and a half late and I have a doctors appointment to attend. I will have to use another laundry service in the meantime. read more

I have been a frequent customer here but was so disappointed one night when I came here around 8pm and it was filthy , it was so disturbing that I didn't and refused to wash my clothes!! I was so disappointed because I'm used to coming here and it being clean. I guess during night shift it's not the same. Now I have to make it an effort to be here in the morning/evening time because the person working that shift makes an effort to keep it clean!! read more
