It was hassle-free to set up the time for pick up. They promised to pick up and deliver even if I were not home. This was a great convenience. I was not expecting my comforter and blankets to be laundered so well and and to smell so fresh. Wow! I was home when they delivered, so I was able to meet the very nice and professional delivery driver. You have to purchase and use their laundry card. The day I went they offered one free wash cycle and one free drying cycle. The washing machines appear to weigh the amount of clothes in the machine as there are no set prices. This isn't one of the least expensive facilities I've been to but the clothes were clean and the machines dried well. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although I haven't tried it, they do offer wash and fold service and there were plenty of orders ready for delivery that day! Thank you, Laundry City for a pleasant experience.
