You have to purchase and use their laundry card. The day I went they offered one free wash cycle and one free drying cycle. The washing machines appear to weigh the amount of clothes in the machine as there are no set prices. This isn't one of the least expensive facilities I've been to but the clothes were clean and the machines dried well. The staff were friendly and helpful.
