The majority of my business has been having pants hemmed. They've done a great job. Suit pants, khakis, jeans - you name it, they fix it up. The best part is they allow you to mark them off yourself and simply drop them off. This is a lifesaver especially given my hectic schedule. I can't always get in there when the seamstress is present (weekends). If you are looking for a cleaner or tailor, I strongly recommend these guys!

It was pouring outside when i went to pick it up and the friendly staff helped and carried it all to my parked car, which i thought was an extremely kind gesture. I would happily go there and also recommend the place to friends and family in the area.

Just ask- they are very sweet. They recently did a last-minute alteration of my boyfriend's tux for an upcoming wedding and did a fantastic job. Unfortunately for me, they were also final sale. I went to Sanitate Dry Cleaners to see if they'd be able to alter the waist for me. The ladies working there were really nice and let me know they were pretty backed up with alterations (this place is popular!). The turnaround time was about 4 weeks but that didn't bother me. I didn't get a call once they were ready, as I thought I would, so I called in to make sure they were ready for pickup. The jeans fit a lot better than before and even though the back pockets were closer together as a result, they still looked good. The total was $20 which I thought was really reasonable. I would definitely return for future dry cleaning and alteration needs.

I needed the dress hemmed a couple inches and the rest dry cleaned. I received a quote for $275. I thought this was high but I stuck with it because of the referral. I also couldn't communicate with the gentleman because his English is very poor. I picked up today and I wish I never dropped off. I'm unsure of the state of the dress, nothing was glaringly obvious. The cape was dirty yet I dropped it off brand new still in the original packaging. I pointed it out but again, could not communicate with the gentleman. The uniform is what I am most disappointed about, as the jacket had hair all over it and the white shirt has black fibers all over it. When I pointed it out, he gave me a $10 discount. I dropped a few example photos. This is completely unacceptable, especially for the price I paid. Not sure if there's anything to do, as I am unable to communicate with the only person who seems to work there. Very sad Update Tried on my wedding dress and it's also dirty on the bottom. I had it hemmed and it was done incorrectly. Steer clear if you need anything important done!

The customer service I received was ridiculously rude and disrespectful. Not only was I excited to try a new Dry Cleaners, as I I dropped my clothes off, I also paid in advance as this has been a dry cleaners I've always wanted to try. The owners could not verify that I paid so they tried to make me pay again. After I refused and let them know I paid in advance, I decided to call my bank on speakerphone, had them verify that I indeed paid, and STILL the owner wanted the phone number to the bank, and who I was speaking to. There is NO reason I should have had to go to great lengths to pick up my belongings. All this stress for $21.98. As a first time visitor, I will not be returning due to the lack of customer service and negative attitude. This establishment although it seems to be a great neighborhood staple, may not take well to newcomers. Just utterly disappointed in the treatment I received, all while still showing grace. Don't expect it back st this location.

Saying the price I was quoted for initially was too low and that I have to pay more than $100 again before the adjustments can be made. I left with all my items unaltered, and I couldn't wear any of the clothes. It was a total waste of both time and money and I was never refunded my money.
