The sushi was decent--I'd give it a 7.5 out of 10--but I've had similar quality at better price points elsewhere. The menu lacked variety--basically sushi and drinks, no sides--and I felt the prices leaned on the higher side. The service had some room for improvement, too. Our server seemed stretched thin--handling multiple tables at once--and the energy wasn't quite what we hoped for. All that said, the ambiance is lovely, and if you're there for the view and a relaxed evening, it's a solid option. Just manage expectations on the hype!

The Skye keys provided by the hotel staff didn't work so it took a few tries to make it up, but once we did we were rewarded with a twinkly view of the State Capitol, baseball stadium and everything in between. There was live music until 10:30, which enhanced the vibe. Seating is first come, and the drinks were strong enough yet subtly delicious with well balanced tart, sweet and spicy notes. We checked out the restaurant side of the spot, which is huge and has a panoramic city view as well as many minimalist tables for hanging out and noshing on sushi. Good spot for an impromptu nightcap with a fantastic, commanding city view.

Slightly dim, thrum of conversation throughout, but not overpowering. It was exactly what we were looking for. Service was amazing and attentive the whole time. Not too present, not hipster barrista absent. And the bread! Started off the night with the appetizer special, arancinis. Perfectly fried on the outside, deliciously soft on the inside. Next we moved on to the Caesar, made at table side and it really hit the spot. My wife got the halibut special as her entree. It was cooked to perfection though she wished she'd gotten a true "Italian" dish instead (she had her eye on the lobster ravioli). I thought the halibut was delicious , but I probably would have preferred if she got the ravioli too. I really wanted the chicken parm for some reason and I'm glad I got it. Crispy chicken that was cut thin but somehow still moist. Linguini that had just enough sauce but not overpowering. I was incredibly pleased. I honestly think we'll be back sometime soon.

My favorite was the flatbread and arancini stuffed balls. The cheesecake, tiramisu, and chocolate cake were all really well done. Checkout my IG LillyPulitzerStylist.
