I initially worked with Shane Sybil, the Internet Director, who gave me a lease quote over the phone and followed up by text with the details I requested. About a week later, Ed Haddad reached out to follow up on the quote and assisted us through the remainder of the process. Ed was patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. There was a little confusion at first regarding whether the College Graduate incentive had already been included in the quote. I explained that, based on my original conversation with Shane, it had not been included. I appreciated that Shane honored exactly what we had discussed over the phone without any hassle. That demonstrated honesty and a commitment to customer service. Tony Bermudez in Finance was equally professional. He explained the paperwork clearly, made sure we understood everything we were signing, and helped us complete the transaction without unnecessary delays or pressure. The only hiccup during our visit was a wait of about 40 minutes to speak with the insurance representative because there was only one person handling insurance matters at the time. However, once it was our turn, adding the vehicle to our insurance policy took only about 7 minutes. Overall, we had a very positive experience leasing a new Honda Civic for our daughter. Thank you to Shane, Ed, Tony, and the Delray Honda team for taking such good care of our family. We highly recommend giving them the opportunity to earn your business.

From the time that I arrived and test drove an SUV, purchased it with cash and still had to go and sit at the finance dept., it took 6 hours of my time to leave with the vehicle only to return to have a part replaced the next week and they ordered the wrong part. The sales person Nicholas was nothing special. Nice guy but he could have cared less about making car buying a five star experience. It should not take 45 minutes to make a sale and a whole day to drive it off the lot. I will not be returning for any other service because if buying took forever, I don't care to experience the service department.

I told my service advisor that I would return Tuesday and I only had up to $2000 to spend. I get back Tuesday morning and the car is just sitting in the parking lot and she tells me 4 hours later that they are looking for the key to move another vehicle that's blocking it. Instead if just moving the vehicle behind it. Not only that - they had to do another inspection to see if it had any leaks and whatnot. This could've been done when he first looked at it on Monday. That would be common sense. It would be almost a $4-$5 dollar fix. That Dodge is still sitting there. I told them to put everything back and don't worry. I don't know if they did or not With sales- I asked on that Sunday if I could trade it in and plus I have a 2nd car only if I need to use it. Which was my 2001 Volvo V70 wagon. I asked my used car salesman to let me do the application online and he constantly convinced me to come up there with wagon. They did not even want to use the wagon. First he asked me for a $10k dollar down payment and then he changed it to $13k dollar. What kind of fool does he think he dealing with? Ugh. I went to both Volvo and Honda right after and got approved before settling for my 2023 VW JETTA SPORT for only $3000 down and I still get the remainder manufacture factory warranty and it only has 20k miles! Yeah they lost a sell trying to be greedy!

One of the biggest differences between buying a Tesla and purchasing from a traditional dealership is the no-pressure environment. Since Tesla team members don't work on commission, the experience felt much more relaxed and educational than a typical car-buying process. The team member started with about a 10-minute demonstration, walking us through some of the vehicle's key features and menu options while seated in the driver's seat. After that, we were able to take the car out on our own for a 30-minute test drive, which gave us plenty of time to get comfortable with the vehicle and its technology. When we returned, the sales manager took time to answer our questions and was knowledgeable and helpful. My only criticism is the lack of follow-up afterward. I ended up having additional questions once we got home, and a quick follow-up call or email would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, when I tried calling the location, I wasn't able to reach a live sales representative. Overall, the test drive experience was informative, low-pressure, and a great way to learn about the Model Y before making a decision.

We experienced car trouble on our way home from Miami and were understandably stressed, especially knowing we had a 15-hour drive ahead of us with our two boys. He immediately got our vehicle into the service department, arranged a shuttle so we could enjoy breakfast while it was being inspected, and even made sure we had an Uber back to the dealership. Although the issue couldn't be fully repaired today, Louis took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer our questions, and give us the peace of mind that our vehicle was safe to make the long drive home. That reassurance meant more than he probably realizes. Heading out on a 15-hour trip with your family is stressful enough without worrying about whether your vehicle will make it. The process has always been riddled with stress and the constant back and forth haggling. I did not experience that at all with Ed Morse Toyota. I did all of my research on the vehicle that I wanted. I checked fair pricing at various car dealerships. I checked the fair trade in value for my existing vehicle and actually got offers from Carmax and Carvana before I went to the dealership. The key here is that I was prepared. I met with Daniel, a salesmen at Morse. He was pleasant, straight forward, and not a pressure salesman. A nice young man. We discussed the trade in and he had a mechanic appraise the vehicle right there and then. They offered me less than Carmax and Carvana and I showed him the offers from both. He went to the manager and the manager immediately matched the highest offer. No back and forth at all. Daniel then showed me the vehicle that I was interested in. A test drive sealed the deal. I already knew the fair sales value of the vehicle, and Daniel came back with a spot on offer! No haggling! The offer was exactly what I expected. Now, on to the finance department. We met with Nicole. A very friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable woman. She explored my financing options and because I have very good credit, she secured a loan for me that was actually a lower interest rate than I thought I could get. I drove away with my new vehicle! The entire process was just about 90 minutes. Simple and honest. I will always do business with Wd Morse Toyota in Delray. Kudos to Nicole and Daniel! They are a fantastic credit to the dealership and their honesty was so assuring!
