I ordered a tire on Thursday morning, and they promptly called me Thursday afternoon to let me know it had arrived. I told them I'd be coming in Saturday morning, and they advised me to come as early as possible to avoid long wait times. I was even reminded to check for my wheel lock key before I leave the parking lot which I really appreciated. They always provide great customer service and handle everything in a timely and professional manner. It's rare to find a shop that's consistently reliable and communicative, and that's why I keep coming back. Highly recommend if you need tire service done right!

When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed that the front bumper looked warped at the bottom. Chad told me it came like that but I could bring it back and they would try to fix it by heating it up and reforming it. Since I was without my vehicle for so long, I just took the Jeep and told him I'd bring it back at my convenience. After a few months, the front end started to literally come apart. Nothing fit right and the entire front of the vehicle looked deformed. I then took it to two different auto body shops who gave me the same diagnosis. Instead of replacing all the damaged parts as per the Estimate, Chad & Dad glued, welded, and reformed $4,000 worth of parts and pocketed the money without ever telling me. I took the Estimate back to Chad showing him the $4K worth of parts that Napleton's Auto Body and Prestige Auto Body highlighted and said were never replaced. Chad admitted he did this to save him money and told me that he would not replace the parts but would try to fix the issues. I told him it made no sense to bring my Jeep back to him so he could do the same thing he already did (repair parts that I paid to have replaced). Gluing, welding, and screwing parts together resulted in the front end coming apart again. Nothing fits correctly and this has greatly diminished the value of my vehicle. Don't trust these guys, they talk a good game but they are thieves and they don't stand behind their work.

I've had anything from…read morea simple llight not plugged in properly, to a misalignment of parts, to electrical issues and yesterday the tire guard halfway fell off while driving because IT WASN'T ATTACHED PROPERLY. So, the guard stays on for years and years, they fix a wrecked area and the guard falls off within months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't recommend them, sadly. They did a terrible job and the paint used was NOT BMW quality. I've had to pay more to take it other places to get it fixed properly. Total rip and sadly the guy is nice, but his mechanics have no clue what they are doing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't recommend. Considering suing in small claims court. Now the steering is off and they claim the car had a bent frame- which it did not. Alignment? Doesn't appear so. IF THE CAR HAD A BENT FRAME - I SHOULD HAVE LET IT GO! IT DIDN'T HAVE A BENT FRAME.
