My son went to Tire Kingdom due to a slow leak in one tire. The manager, Schneider, told him that all four tires were in terrible shape, that they couldn't test the treads to find a nail bc they were so worn down, and that he also needed new brakes. Told him the car wasn't safe to drive. Little did he know, the tires were NEW and high quality tires that were put on in October--8 months old! My son asked for the car back and refused to have the work done bc they were scamming him. He went to another auto repair shop and sure enough, they tested the tire that had a slow leak and there was a piece of metal in it. They also assessed the other 4 tires and their brakes---all of which are fine! A $30 fix. Schneider and his crew at Tire Kingdom straight up lied. They saw a young kid and thought they could take advantage. Read the other reviews-gave them the same fraudulent assessment! Reporting this business to the state as well as the BBB. Today at Tire Kingdom I requested a tire rotation. I also asked for a estimate on struts and brakes. The technician was nice until he tried to upsell me a valve cover gasket along with changing coils. He stated the the valve cover gasket was leaking really bad. i told hem no. He then began to try has hard as he could to sell me the job. his name is shidender, he works at 1201 hypoluxo rd Lantanna Florida. He made a big scene in front of every on in the waiting room. THESE PEOPLE LIED TO THE POLICE, FOR STARTERS. If there was a lower possible rating than 1 star I'd give it. These are awful people. I came in with a flat tire. After about half an hour one of them asked me if I wanted 3 more tires because my tires aren't good. I said no, just the one. 15 minutes after that a second person, a very, very angry young man sat down next to me and asked me a second time after talking to the first person as if I weren't there. I said "I'm right next to you and no, I don't want it." 10 minutes after that a THIRD man, I think the owner, came over the ask me a THIRD time. I raised my voice SLIGHTLY and said no, I have already said the answer is no. He KEPT TRYING TO TELL ME THE SAME THING and now I got angry and said NO, I don't want 4 tires, just one. And kept on. AND KEPT ON. No matter how many times I said no, the subject is closed, he kept on trying to talk to me about it. I was obviously the target of a high-pressure campaign to sell me as much as they could. At this point the second person blew up and started calling ME rude, He threatened repeatedly to take my car down from the lift and not finish the job. During one part of this argument he was yelling and shouting directly in my face, all the while saying that somehow I was rude to object to being treated as I described above. Also during this, the owner looked at a small bottle of vodka I had just bought at the liquor store that SHARES THEIR BUILDING as if I were drinking it right then. Before I left, the owner said I should "stop drinking." (The bottle, of course, was unopened and for home, and I showed it to him.) Eventually these people took my car down and left the job unfinished, and as I tried to simply drive away they were running around my car VERY DANGEROUSLY like insane people and cursing and shouting at me, all the while taking pictures of my license plate and threatening ME with the police, as if I had done anything. I drove across the street to a different tire place and these people took care of me, although as I was a walk-in it took some time. While I was sitting there, somewhat but not entirely to my surprise, a cop pulled up. The staff at Tire Kingdom had indeed called the police. I told him what happened, and as no laws were broken nothing more happened. During our discussion, he mentioned the bottle of vodka. I showed him that the bottle was entirely unopened (as I had shown the owner of Tire Kingdom). So you see, it was REALLY IMPORTANT to the Tire Kingdom people to try to get me in some kind of trouble, so important that they had to report an unopened bottle. I let him know in no uncertain terms that he had been manipulated, used, and that the people at Tire Kingdom, obviously out of sheer spite and a desire to harass me, had LIED TO THE POLICE and used him to spitefully try to make my day worse. The police officer nodded knowingly and I believe he did understand that he had been used. I am busy this weekend, but next week I intend to visit the local police station and swear out a complaint against this particular Tire Kingdom franchise for calling in a false police response and lying to the police. Avoid this place. It's a disgusting high-pressure sales trap staffed by the lowest of the low, and if you don't give them what THEY want they will badger and scream at you, waste your time, and then do their best to lash out like vengeful children. I don't know if all Tire Kingdoms are so staffed, but I wouldn't chance any of them now. read more

They said it would only take a few hours and it ended up being like 5 days. Come to find out after the fact, they ripped the foam motor cover in half and broke off the battery bracket in the battery so now the battery doesn't stay in place. I purchased new tires a couple of months ago and got the extra protection plan which gives me a full warranty even if I get a nail in one , which I did . I brought it in on July 4th without an appt and they accommodated my car and repaired it in a timely manner even getting it done sooner than they originally stated. I had a nail in my new tire. I went in to get a plug, ended up getting a new tire and an oil change as well. They were quick and efficient. The manager and the staff was really helpful. Going to the car shop is frustrating, but this location was great, maybe partly because of the STRONG coffee in the waiting area. The waiting area was clean! He said my tire is very old and I should replace it. (I bought tire from Costco all brand new less than a year). So I went to Tire Kingdom near I95. I called and made an 8:15 appointment with Abraham. He told me I didn't need to make an appointment and I asked him to please put my name down. I needed an oil change and I wanted a 50/50 synthetic blend and that I have been there before. When I showed up Jay told me they do not have a 50/50 synthetic blend. And Jay doesn't know why Abraham told me that. So I will have to pay more for full synthetic. I left my car thinking I could get it back after my 4-hour work day. Nope. They called me try to sell me new tires, new battery and an air filter. I called them 6 hours later. It wasn't done yet. At 9 hours I was done. I went to pick up my car. No new air filter. They didn't have any in stock. They left dirty soiled paper towels all over my two front seats. I called around to the old tire Kingdom I used to go to and yes they still do 50/50 blend. So, either Abraham or Jay lied. I have been a customer since 2014. My mother, my husband and my friends went there. I will make sure I tell them all never to go there again. Just want to leave a positive experience I had at this Tire Kingdom recently. I dropped off my Ford Explorer to get an alignment done. Years ago I purchased a 5-year alignment plan on my old car and glad I have the ability to transfer the plan over to the new car. I'm so happy with the service I even purchased another alignment plan for my other car. I was helped out by Mike and manager Luis and the experience was superb. The worse service department I've ever dealt with . I purchased 4 new tires add wet back because the tires air pressure is wrong. They said they forgot to put air in my tires. With they put air in my tires it was wrong they had 41 pounds it the fright at 41 pounds in the back which my car calls for 36 in the front add 39 in the back. Scammers. Beware, i bought a battery had it replaced, Under a yr I went back for an oil change the guy says I need a battery I said I got it with you , shocked he couldn't help but activate warranty. Now I get a electric charge set in my car and also got a nail in my tire. I walk in the guy is already dismissing anything I say. Didn't have my info and already said my battery is two yrs old and it's old. Then repeats you bought it kan 2019 that's two yrs. how is that two years!!!! I'm Not and idiot but it's not two yrs. my battery was replaced because of warranty. If it's a bad battery you replace it period. I went i. Yesterday the guy looked at the tire and said we can patch it tomorrow. The tech filled it with air and did say it's worn but manageable. Today this guy says nope we can't you need a new tire I know more than anyone here a cop will stop you and we get in trouble because it's a hazard . I could Tell he wasn't willing to do anything. They won't own up to messing my computer when they switched the battery.
