He told me it was the filthiest car he had ever detailed--and I wasn't the least bit surprised! The transformation was remarkable. I honestly couldn't believe the difference when he was finished. They only detailed the interior, but the results were excellent. The car is about 14 years old and had some pretty bad stains from spills that had built up over the years. After the detailing, the interior looked almost like new. The job ended up taking quite a while, but the detailer was extremely thorough and worked consistently throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the good communication along the way. This was also a special project because the detailing was part of a gift for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary, so I was very happy with how the interior turned out. I would definitely recommend The Art of Detailing based on the quality of the work.

I usually use Groupon to find great service providers and then stick with them for years. Chris's AI agent answered, took all my info, told me he'd call me back. Then his automated text messages kicked in, asking me all the same questions, telling me he'd call me. He didn't. He asked for some pictures of the car, and I sent some, then asked clarifying questions: should I remove the seat covers and weatherproof mats? No answer. I followed up 2 days in a row asking if he needed anything else with no responses, then Sunday night at almost 10pm he finally texted back and sent an "estimate" for an additional $150!! The car is not "excessively dirty", just a regular amount of use - some normal things like leaves on the floor, etc. I'll include pictures so readers can judge for themselves whether doubling the price of the groupon is warranted, since owners like this tend to be a bit sketchy. I'm bummed to have to cancel this groupon, but based on the lack of timely response, and ridiculous attempt to use Groupon as a scam, I can't move forward in good conscience. Who knows what my car would look like after starting out with this type of relationship!

The end result looks amazing, and I finally have peace of mind driving knowing my paint is protected. If you care about your vehicle and want it done right the first time, this is the place. With my most recent job, I had originally thought of ordering several carbon fiber components for my vehicle including a front splitter and rear diffuser when Adrian (Shop Manager) suggested that we try using carbon fiber paint protection film (PPF) on select components of the vehicle. I was skeptical at first, but the final product defies being able to tell if the part is a carbon overlay or carbon fiber PPF! For sport sedans and other vehicles where carbon fiber accents are typically used, I would strongly encourage that you ask about this service as part of your PPF order. It is quite affordable and well worth the nominal additional cost! As always: highly recommended shop for PPF, Ceramic Window Tint, which I've done four times as well, and much more.
