I used a mobile service out of laziness, but when the car was returned to me it looked amazing. Ethan gave me a crash course on what type of cleaning products to use, which is kind of ironic after a better look at his work. As you can see in the pictures, he dripped glue down all of my door sills.
Ethan said there was a warranty but never produced any paperwork to prove it.
I asked for an "end result" of 5% on the back windows and 20% on the front two. When I look out the rear window I can't tell if there's a bicycle or a train behind me, so I'm guessing he put 5% film on top of the factory tint.
After he left I started my car and the check engine light was on. A code reader said it was from an overheated transmission. I suspect that he drove my car in low gear because of how the gear shift is laid out, but I can't prove it 100%
I texted Ethan about what I found and he said, "If you think the transmission got too hot then it could be the fact that it's been record breaking temperatures." WTF? McDonald's is hiring.
I've had 13 vehicles tinted in the last 10 years and I know what a good job is. So let Case Mobile Tinting tint your car at your own risk, but please do not let Ethan drive your car. read more
