It doesn't look like much and may be off putting but don't let it deter you. I dropped off my 2015 Highlander in the morning and picked it up nine hours later and it looked brand new! The car had never been detailed before. I park it outside my house and just hose it off when it gets dirty. I had just returned from camping and had 30 miles of dirt road all over and in the car. There was also 11 years worth of hard water spots on my car. The side windows were so spotted that they were opaque and distorted my view. I had talked to other detailers and they all told me they couldn't get those out. Chris did! He did a magnificent job inside and out. You could eat a meal off the engine. All the seats, which were heavily stained, came out perfect. I highly recommend Chris.

Chris takes extreme pride in his work, he explained in detail the various steps he took and the products he used to make his work not just look great, but to stand the test of time. Chris knew this car was a present for my daughter's 16th birthday and took the task to heart. He called me to let me know it might rain the day I had scheduled the car detailing and that he'd be willing to reschedule to the following day (his day off) to avoid the car succumbing to wet weather. He genuinely cared about my situation and what I was trying to accomplish and treated me as far more than just a number.
