The shop and office were so well organized and spotless that, surprisingly, I wasn't even worried about getting grease on my clothes. James, with 20 years of Ford factory-trained experience, clearly runs a shop built on pride and professionalism. While I was there, he was mentoring a younger mechanic with patience and attention to detail, and I learned he also employs local high school students in the summer. As a father, I really value how he's giving them not just a job, but exposure to responsibility and auto care skills. Even though I only came in for an oil change, James didn't try to upsell me. Instead, he mentioned I could ship tires directly from Tire Rack (he's a Tire Rack Recommended Installer) and that he uses both Napa and OEM parts, which I trust for quality. From what I've seen, the quality of his work and the fairness of his pricing are perfectly aligned. I'll definitely be back.

Luckily the Tire Rack paid us the difference. I will never use these thieves again, hopefully the state shuts them down for their fraudulent business practices and failing to honor written contracts. I will file a complaint with the appropriate state agency when I have the time. The order number was KC67797 and the delivery date was 12/19/2022. The vehicle in question was a 2018 Mazda 6 GT sedan, 2.5 Liter 4 Cyl N/A 6 Speed Manual. My wife wishes to add the following: "Even though we had scheduled the install a week out, the owner was indifferent to my concerns, refused to honor the price, and made me wait 2.5 hours for a 20 minute job. When my husband finally posted a review [on google], the irate owner, who clearly has untreated mental health issues, called me to leave an angry voicemail." -Emily M.

When I went the day of my appointment, they said they didn't have my appointment on file. They were able to "fit me in" and I saw my truck go right in. For a tire rotation and an oil change, I was there for TWO HOURS. I watched as three mechanics stood underneath my truck staring at the belly pan scratching their heads. I asked the lady what the hell was going on and one of the mechanics came in and told me that I should be proud that I stumped the entire garage, claiming they had to watch YouTube videos, because they couldn't find the oil filter inside of my Toyota 4Runner, a very common vehicle. I wanted my truck off the lift and I felt very uncomfortable that they had to continue working on my truck because they already drained the oil. They had to get the "master mechanic" to complete an oil change.... Also, while waiting in the lobby, another customer came in for their appointment, and they didn't have their appointment on file either. I would not recommend them to anyone. I will not be returning. My buddy rotated all four tires and changed the oil in the driveway faster than these people with a lift. I'm going to have him check their work because I don't want the oil filter or tires falling off. I'm not very confident in their incompetent work. 2 oil changes, wow. Update: They removed my review from their Google reviews. How transparent.

Gipping two new ladies ( myself and my daughter ) for an oil change?? lmao Never paid that much for an oil change in my life. I ll never go back there again. Maybe their business would do well if they didn't over charge people. Hes must ve thought I was stupid. Shouldve went there with a man. Maybe he would still try to get away with it. IDK I liked them both which is why I gave two stars. In the end though just be honest even if you re trying to survive like the rest of us.

Totally dishonest. Went for a NYS inspection. My inspection sticker had expired 20 days ago. He…read moreremoved the expired sticker, inspected my car and failed it due to worn out front tires and also said I needed all new rotors for all four wheels. When I questioned the rotors, his comment was that they were rotted and I should look at the back side. The worn front tires were a legitimate failure, but when I asked him why he hadn't given me a ten day sticker, his response was that they don't do that anymore, a complete lie. So I asked him what if I get pulled over because now I have no inspection sticker, even the expired one, or a ten day extension sticker, his response was "you will get a ticket, no big deal". So basically he left me with a car I couldn't drive legally at all. I went to a tire shop and had the front tires replaced and asked them if in fact that if you failed inspection, were you issued a ten day sticker in order to have the necessary repairs done and they said absolutely. I then had my car reinspected at another facility and there was no issues with my brakes or rotors, so with my new front tires my car passed inspection. Meanwhile, I had gone to an auto parts store and purchased four new rotors at a cost of over $458.72 which I had intended to install myself, but obviously not necessary. Buyer beware with this place! Totally unprofessional, a liar and a ripoff artist.
