Came here recently and brought a few items for sale (purses and computer laptop bags). Staff is friendly and they do the assessent of your product really quick. However, the price I got for my items were a bit low. Since I was either going to donate or discard I felt the value paid for my items were OK. But I did notice that they tend to pay you 10-25% of what they will resell it for. At the moment, the staff told us they no longer take any household appliances, clothing, and luggage as they have too much of it in stock or it wasn't selling. However, if you are looking for old DVDs or vintage toys, there's plently to look around. They also sell musical instruments here so you may be able to find a few lucky pieces (mainly guitars or keyboard pianos)

Overall: organized, makes you feel like you're working around someone's kitschy house, and an entertaining way to spend a morning. I did not come here to shop so can't speak much to that experience. Details: I haven't been to the Fountain Valley location so have nothing to compare it to, but overall liked to browse. Prices are normal to high so do your research ahead of time, but they have clearance items and some good deals scattered throughout. For example, found some new character slippers with tags on (baby Yoda) for $5. If you're looking for a gift for a kid this might be a good place to find interesting deals. Again, do your research ahead of time. They had some cool toys that even I wanted to get such as a Mario Kart rainbow race track set for a hundred dollars. It's on sale at a large box store currently for the same price, but when not on sale it can be twice the price so a decent deal here when not on sale new. Service: did not need any direct help so can't speak too much, but everyone greeted us when we walked in and security officer was nice as well.

Unfortunately, from an anime/kawaii collector PoV this Eco Town is by far inferior in comparison to its Fountain Valley counterpart. My friend and I walked in and out in less than 15 minutes. If anything, this is more close to a normie second hand/thrift store than anything. There ARE some anime goods here but they're mostly prize figures that are clearly imported in from Japan from Round 1 or other crane game arcades/etc. due to surplus, meaning that they're the exact same figures you can get from the Fountain Valley location as well. There MIGHT be some different figures here and there, but if you're an otaku/weeb, go to the Fountain Valley location.

They need to hire somebody who actually knows toys and collectibles in the toy department, you have items way underpriced that ur loosing money on and items way overpriced that could only be sold if the customer is an idiot with no internet to check eBay or Amazon. The other eco town off Brookhurst Street does not have this problem and prices accordingly. They know how to check online and price what items will sell for.

    Worst employee

I had an extremely disappointing experience here. I was denied service not based on any valid reason, but due to an employee's personal emotions and lack of professionalism. Rather than handling the situation calmly or respectfully, they chose to let their attitude dictate the interaction, which is completely unacceptable for any business claiming to provide quality service. On top of that, this place lacks any real system for authenticating products. They're selling replicas and fakes left and right with no reliable process to verify authenticity. It's misleading to customers and reflects very poorly on their integrity. If you're looking for genuine products and professional service, I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere I have verified business information on record, including the registered agent, Yosuke Goto, associated with Eco Town USA Inc. and the now suspended entity Eco Town USA Franchising Inc., both located at 3309 S. Bristol Street, Ste B, Santa Ana, CA. I have his contact details and will be reporting the entire situation to the appropriate authorities and consumer protection agencies. I highly recommend others avoid this place if you're looking for transparency, authenticity, and professionalism!

Lots of unique things in their inventory. Prices are good too. My items were too old for them to buy off me but did find some items to buy.

Cameron was the only staff member from what i could tell & the entire time she was organizing & putting items back. as another reviewer mentioned there is a decent amount of target brand but if you take the time to look you can find a gem for sure! they have a small room w kids items (clothes, toys, games, shoes) & it was nice to know where my daughter was while i shopped. they also have fitting rooms!! major bonus. apologies to Cameron as my daughter & myself left the store at 5:59 but she still gave me a Loyalty Card after i inquired. lovely little thrift store, i will be back!

The store is organized by type of clothing (e.g. menswear, jackets, formal or evening wear) and color. Shoes, kids' books, and home decor can be found in the back and there's even a sweet little treasure chest where your little ones can pick out a toy for free! Full Circle also offers promotions depending on what day you pop by, like "color of the week Wednesdays" and "frame and art Fridays." There's usually only one associate in the store, but I've had good experiences from different people the times I've gone. I love the messaging and giving back to the community! There is free coffee at the door and a table where you can anonymously write prayer requests. Just another reason to keep coming back!
