I picked up my puppy yesterday and from start to finish I felt confident in my choice to adopt my little friend from here. Amanda was so kind and helpful in providing me the information over the phone the first day I called and then Andrew was my main contact on pickup day. He was very earnest and proactive in sending me photos of the pup on hold and providing me information over the phone. Arriving to the store he immediately made us feel like we were the only people there even though the store was very busy. It is evident that he is a huge animal lover and was very knowledgeable about all things "puppy!" :) Adopting a puppy is an overwhelming experience but he truly made the entire process easy, positive, and memorable for us. When I think back on the day that I adopted my little new best friend- Andrew's kindness and knowledge will always be a part of it. Thank you so much! Also wanted to mention that the all the pups at this location were treated well and looked to be happy and healthy. Many customers were picking up their own puppies and it was smiles all around. We were in the store when Alie was there. The customer was only trying to ensure the puppy had all of the vaccines. They wanted to charge $75 boarding fee per day until they were good and ready to get the puppy its vaccine. Irresponsible of the store staff and "owner". Gross to comment on other customer's children on Yelp!! Unprofessional! Nirvana is lying about the entire incident. We witnessed Nirvana make false statements to the police about the customer.
