on 7/20/19. Cole Caught me on a good day. And I do mean a good day. I had just been complaining to my significant other about the other bug company we were using at the time. In the three years I have lived here I have never had bugs in my home. But now they were everywhere inside my house. I was not happy. So when Cole showed up in my driveway. My mom and sister in law both took off for the house as they thought I was going to rip into poor Cole. As I am usually not very nice to people soliciting at my house. but like I said. Good Day. So I let Cole tell me about his product. And to be honest I dont remember what it was he said that got my attention. But he did. So he went through everything and put us on the schedule to come back in a few hours when my significant other was home so that Cole could go over everything with him. And that's exactly what he did. We signed up. And Cole, Devin, Tyler all went to work. They were Very professional kind and courteous not only were they fast but they did everything they said they would. And did a great job. Not some half ass job. I was very happy which for me is not an easy task these days. Well as weeks went on I wanted to have a touch up done. so I called the office. But I could never get ahold of anyone so I started to look at some of the reviews online and one thing led to another and honestly it started to make me feel very sick to my stomach and I had felt I had made a big mistake. But now I was stuck in a contract. I sat with my significant other and talk to him about what I had read and how I felt and one big thing that he reminded me of its people only write reviews when they are mad. They never really take the time to write reviews when they are happy with a service or have anything positive to say. So I sat back and took some time to see how I was really feeling . Was I upset by the reviews. Because I wasn't upset with my service. So I waited to write my review until after my 2nd treatment Because of a few things that I had read online and I wanted to see for myself. So the day of my 2nd treatment not only did my technician (Quinn) show he showed up early and when he realized that I was scheduled for 2 treatments at 2 different times that day he asked if it would be OK if he did both those treatments at the same time. And for me that worked out really good so I was OK with that. He also explain to me why I was not able to get ahold of anybody in the office. He also explained to me why they had so many bad reviews. And tell the truth I understand. You can have a few badd people doing some really shady stuff and give your company a really badd name. And it is really hard to bring your name back to good standing. I truly believe proshield Is really trying to prove that they are not a scam and that they are really trying to provide a service. I do have to say to this day I am very happy with all of my treatments and with every technician that has been to my home each and every one of those gentlemen have been professional kind courteous and amazing as the face of the company that they are representing. Their upper management should be very proud to have these gentlemen working in the field representing them. My one and only complaint would be with the office and customer service there's no reason not to answer a phone or return a voicemail and email or Facebook message. Which I did all of the above. I completely understand about being short staffed in an office. And having emergencies. But to this day I have still not received any kind of contact back from the office and that was back in August a 2019. That is my only complaint . And to Cole,Devin,Tyler, and Quinn. I had just gone to my mail box and returned to Working in my office at home, looking directly out our front door/porch. I saw this Man come to the door; he was wearing a mask. I watched as he bent over and I thought he was about to take my amazon package that had just been delivered. But he had dropped something. He then rang but I did not answer the door 1. COVID -we are isolated for extreme high risk family members 2. I am a Mom at home with 2 young children. I politely spoke to him over our security camera. He said he had been scheduled to do my neighbors house. (we only have 13 homes in our little neighborhood, we all use the exact same lawn, pest ect. companies) so that was a lie. He said we had a really bad Japanese beetle problem and they where all over my porch? We do not! I have 6 gardens and countless amounts of trees, scrubs ect. (The beetle he dropped on my porch was a Tenlined June Beetle which are common and not invasive in CO) He asked me to come outside to speak to him, "he couldn't hear me". I said No thank you, we are not interested. He again asked for me to come outside. After 7 min (literally I have the security footage) he had asked me again to come out of my home this was the 6th time!!! My 85lbs dogs are going nuts at the front door and I was getting concerned; our vehicles had just been broken into 5 days earlier. Maybe this was someone coming to scope out who was home? I demanded he leave my property or I would call the police!! He stayed put and again said " Can you please come outside" In a complete Mama rage I opened my door and YELLED TO GET OFF MY PROPERTY!! I closed the door and he did not leave! I called 911 and was frantic by this point! Once I tried to get the company name from him, for dispatch, he RAN!! The police found him at the park down the street.. in an unmarked car. He denied dropping anything at my door. I am beyond upset!!! This type of Soliciting is WRONG!!! I have tried to get in contact with this company and it just rings and sends you back to the main menu. No corporate number, email ANYTHING because they have changed names so many times! Is this is how you train you solicitors? Do your job, that is fine but don't lie to people! If some one tells you NO, NO THANK YOU.. LEAVE!!! It is wrong to lie about a "fake" problem and more so make someone feel unsafe! I will be reporting to this interaction to our County Sheriff & City Chief of Police- (who is my neighbor), already have posted ALL over Nextdoor app: which there are already plenty of posts about your "Salesman", I Will be posting my security video on all social media platforms. I want to share my experience so others don't go through the same frustration. EcoShield Pest Control uses high-pressure sales tactics, makes misleading claims, lies, solicits, and then traps customers in contracts that are (literally) impossible to cancel. They pressure you to sign up on the spot (they deliberately took advantage of my disabled husband). The "satisfaction guarantee" they advertise is not real. When I tried to cancel (over the phone) due to not being satisfied, they argued with me for 30 minutes, transferred me around several times, put me on long holds, and ultimately told me I would be penalized $250 for canceling. The representative would not provide their name, nor their supervisor's name, and refused to let me speak with a manager. After I hung up the call, I already had an invoice in my email for a $250 cancellation fee--even though I was (and still am) COMPLETELY unsatisfied with their services. Instead of honoring their so-called "guarantee," they fall back on hidden fine print. This is NOT how an honest business operates. If you are considering using EcoShield Pest Control, DON'T! Companies that rely on lies, threats, and hidden fees to keep customers are not trustworthy. They should be ashamed of themselves. I'm embarrassed to even know of this company. read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE If I could give Eco Pest Control negative stars, I would. What they did was not just unprofessional--it was outright criminal. They consistently failed to show up at their scheduled times, leaving me waiting without notice or apology. On the rare occasions they did show up, they lied about completing their tasks. For example, they claimed they inspected the backyard, but it was clear they hadn't even set foot there. Their visits were supposed to last 30 minutes, yet they barely stayed for a fraction of that time, cutting corners at every opportunity. To make matters worse, they imposed a $150 cancellation fee that was not mentioned anywhere in the contract. When I confronted them about this, they refused to take accountability and offered no resolution. It feels like a scam designed to exploit their customers. Their lack of professionalism, dishonesty, and deceptive practices make them the worst company I've ever dealt with. Terrible Experience with Ecoshield North - Misleading Payment Terms! I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Ecoshield North. They advertised month-to-month payments, but that turned out to be completely false. After signing up based on their claims, face to face in my household hold. I quickly realized their contracts are misleading and deceptive. Despite my repeated attempts to address the issue and request a waiver for my payment, their customer service has been unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the problem. Instead of taking responsibility for their misleading practices, they continue to insist on charging me ignoring the false promises they made when I signed up. I strongly caution anyone considering Ecoshield to read the fine print and be prepared for hidden terms that they conveniently leave out when making their sales pitch. Their lack of integrity and poor customer service make it clear that they are more focused on trapping customers into payments than providing a reliable service. This is a scam. The agency seems solid up front with reasonable pricing, but the workers who showed up late around 9PM didn't realize I had windows in the house open and could hear them openly insulting me and my "stupidity" for signing up, openly joked about "being done with all the work" after only being on the property for five minutes, and when confronted lied and then appeared to have forged my initials on documentation they sent in an invoice about "stellar" service. Joshua Heckoks the 5'9 or so white skinned light haired sales rep, Aaron Cowan, the 6'6 large white skinned dark haired and bearded serviceman, and his partner "Kenny" who is about 6' with skinned and light haired are liars and crooks. I would have been fine with paying and sticking to the contract terms if they actually did the work stated in the agreement, but will now be disputing all payments and will be calling the police on them if the step foot on my property again. I had an extremely disappointing experience with EcoShield. When signing up for pest control services, I was assured that specific requests--including wasp control and rodent traps--would be accommodated. However, the technician failed to follow through on those promises and only completed standard pest control. Worse yet, I wasn't informed about the service limitations until after the treatment was performed, making cancellation impossible under their policy. To add to the frustration, EcoShield refused to issue a refund for the services they failed to provide and even attempted to charge an extra $250 for canceling the contract--despite the fact that they had not upheld their end of the agreement. Their lack of transparency, refusal to take responsibility, and rigid cancellation policies make me unable to recommend them. Over the past week, two of their representatives have came to my house. The first came into my garage while I was working on my truck and I thought that was very strange. Completely caught me off guard and startled me that a stranger came walking in. The second one tonight rang my ring doorbell and stood for several minutes before ringing my other doorbell and banging on my door. My door is clearly marked no soliciting. After persisting with knocking and ringing I finally went out and asked if he read the sign on my door. He ignored my question and continued to go through his sales pitch, even after reiterating what my sign said and saying we don't welcome door sales. Very unethical and unprofessional. Some etiquette training is in order for your door to door salesmen. I have never used your company but based on my two interactions I never will. read more

I'm super thankful that during these times of COVID this company is able to come out to my house and take care of all the little critters (especially spiders). The first time they came out the professionals were generous and kind as well as sincere about helping families. I have a family of 8 and Chase came out sprayed the entire house and was very informative of the product they provide. Very generous people and are willing to help at any time especially when we first saw activity after the 1st spray, they came back out right away and took care of the problem. I'm very happy with the service they give and definitely recommend confiding in this company if you have a home where you dont want the creepy crawlers coming into. This is the 3rd year we've used Proshield Pest Solutions to take care of spiders and wasps we've continued to have season after season. This has been the best company ever to finally get rid of them. One of their employee's, William, is the best at what he does. He sprays the entire yard and the inside of our home. The spray he uses is all natural and doesn't ever smell or affect us in anyway. William came again today and did an outstanding job; he's polite, thorough and takes his time without wasting time. Because of the job he does we haven't seen a spider or wasp in a very long time. I moved into town just about 9 months ago ago from California and was looking for a new cleaning company, pest control, gardener- the works. When I asked my neighbors who they use for their pest control, three of them said pro shield and they all were very happy with their services. I called their office and they said they would send a worker over to inspect my home and give me a free estimate. There was 2 men that showed up to help me and my home was fully taken care of the same day. Super convenient and I have not had any bug or rodent problems since I moved in. I have not used their service but live in the neighborhood of their office. These are the most inconsiderate young men I have ever seen. They hollar profanities, leave trash under their cars, have blocked driveways, play their music with extremely loud bass - enough to make my patio cover vibrate. Today, July 4th, at 8:30am they are lighting firecrackers and have my dog and the neighbors dog riled up while waiting for their shop to open. There should be a special place in hell for companies who prey on vulnerable elderly people with aggressive threatening practices to get a signature! My 87 year old mother was badgered into signing an IPad agreement - with no copies or receipt provided - for an annual contract she didn't want or need. She immediately tried to call both the salesman and the company - with no response. I've since tried to call - with no response. We have used this service for over a year now, and definitely recommend ProShield. Their technicians are polite, prompt, and knowledgeable, and their work is high quality. They are all trained to identify and understand problems, and apply appropriate and effective solutions. Their office service staff is also excellent, responsive, helpful, and efficient. A man came to my door and offered pest control for the wasp nest on my tree out front. He offered a good price and did way more than my past pest control company did and the experience, from start to finish, felt way more personal. They were there to answer my MANY questions and followed up to make sure I was happy with their service.
