Once again Wayne and Brandon cleaned the carpeting in my entire house. And, again, I am beyond pleased with the results. Spots don't reappear, the carpets are "restored" to like new condition. They are soft to the touch, and he doesn't have to "rake" the carpet like regular steam cleaners to. He should actually use the term restored in his advertising, because that is exactly what he does. It was a big SCAM !!! Don't believe anything the guy said on the phone. I called them and they says $45.95 to clean one family room with a truck mounted unit. The guy came and says it will cost me $220 and he did not have a truck mounted unit. I call the company again on the phone and now they told me they do not even own a single truck mounted unit. They tried to rip off their customers. I wish I could give the a ZERO STAR rating. They should be OUTLAWED and arrested. read more
