They claimed that they did. They asked for photos of the dirty windows to confirm. I don't live at the property, it is a rental I manage. I sent them photos a few days later when I was back at the property. Their policy is that they have a satisfaction guarantee, and they will make it right if it is reported within 24 hours. Even though I made them aware of the issue within 24 hours, they would not honor their guarantee because I didn't send them photos until a few days later. The rest of the home was cleaned sufficiently, and they otherwise have great communication. But it is disheartening that after alerting them of the issue, they made no attempt to resolve it. Save your money, hire a cleaner that will stand by their word and their work. Side note: they offered to refund me $20 for the windows, but that doesn't do me any good. Nobody is going to show up just to clean the windows for $20. Including them! Now it falls on me.

My photos speak quite clearly and loudly about the poor quality of their work. In one photo, the bottom left corner of my kitchen countertop was left with a spiderweb and dead little spiders, showing their lack of thoroughness. Another photo shows the sliding door section between my living room and patio, which I had specifically requested to be washed thoroughly, but it was clearly neglected. I was not trying to pay less per hour; I was willing to pay for a quality service. However, instead of addressing the issues and fixing the situation, they blamed their poor performance on a lack of English proficiency. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
