When they finally arrived, they rushed through the job to get to their next appointment, there were still spots they didn't clean properly, I even moved the mattress and couch but carpet was still dusty and dry they didn't even try to clean it . Also, I specifically told them I would move the furniture so they could clean behind which they agreed , but while I already moved things out of the way in living room and waiting for them to come out from bed room , they unplugged their machine from inside the bed room without even asking if all the areas were complete . When I pointed out a remaining areas they had missed, they refused to clean it kept repeating they already unplugged and late for next appointment . We spent 10 mins talking about it while they were still inside my house and unplugging everything as I was talking to them, the time they could have easily used to plug the machine back to finish the job properly . They only care about their overbooked schedule and rushing to their next appt and cares zero about finishing the job . It's their responsibility to ask if anything is left before unplugging machine , they just unplugged and left ! They didn't even say that they will back after their last appointment to finish the job. I've had so many carpet cleanings scheduled by apt management in my previous apts never had these kind of issues . I'll be glad to delete this review if they come back and finish the job . I don't post such reviews but they left me no option as they just ignored me while I was still talking and drove off, my experience was very bad ! Edit : owner responded to my google review that they delivered the carpet cleaning service and had zero explanation on why they didn't finish cleaning all carper areas (or) why the carpet is still dirty in many places after cleaning ! the Pics show everything clearly . they just replied with a standard message that they delivered the carpet cleaning service and I need to talk to my apt management to schedule another appointment for their unfinished carpet cleaning !

For a mom & pop company who does not have a consistent price, wants to come to my home and play games $$$ wise. Yeah, Let's NOT play that game. Just quote a price and stick with it. To jump between 50-80 $ for a quote is not practical when all you're doing is Open area only steam cleaning on not soiled carpet. His reasoning was that there was an initial "Setup Fee" and then the rest is "unsure". No furniture moving, No heavy stains. Practically 400sqft of actual visible carpet to clean. Same thing they did last time. 1 Star for uncertain prices and Unsureness in general. Set a price and stick with it. Negotiation is fine when its reasonable.

He pre Sprayed where the cats used to pee and also gave me a bottle of carpet cleaner, I will probably try to convince my nana to let them out once in a while. I immediately used Yelp messaging to price-shop, and got the best quote of $59.99 from these guys. Plus they were able to come out to me later that same day! Thank goodness!! There was a bit of rescheduling but when I made it apparent that it was indeed an emergency, Mo came over and assessed... and he was able to clean it, make it look better than new, and even guaranteed his work! So then... a day later, when the rug dried, I was able to discern a slight yellow-ish stain and odor in one spot. I called and let them know, and they were great -- they said they stand by their work and absolutely deliver for their clients. Therefore they would pick up the rug, bring it to the factory, have them deep-clean the rug, and then bring it back to me at NO COST. And they did! I got my rug back a week later and it smelled like spring flowers with no discernible stains whatsoever. I cannot say how thankful I am that they restored my lovely new rug to me and went that extra mile. That's great customer service for you. Thanks again, guys. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend Clean N Neat. Great service.

Let me preface this review by saying I used to clean carpets for a living and know how much hard…read morework it really is. Not to mention most people call to have their carpets cleaned only when they are in complete disrepair. You should have your carpets professionally cleaned about every other year. And, you should not rely on the home units to get your carpets truly cleaned. With is all being said, lets talk about the service I received. I called to have my place cleaned in the shores. He quoted me his minimum fee $85. I thought it was a very low quote, but with all of the positive review, I would go ahead and schedule the apt. He arrives in an old minivan, no signage on it at all. Proceeds to pull out a portable machine similar to the ones from the big box hardware stores. Granted it was a notch above them in terms of cleaning abilities, but nowhere near professional quality you should expect in 2013. He then asks me to help him carry it upstairs. Excuse me, do I work for you? If I wanted to be involved in this process I would have rented a unit and cleaned my own carpets. All during the cleaning, which took twice as long as it should have, he decided to tell off color jokes. After about the 20th political and or religious joke, i was debating either kicking him out or just killing him to save everyone else from this experience. On the bright side, I already had a machine to clean up the mess. I kid, this was merely to demonstrate the off putting humor I had to endure. So, 2 hours later he finishes the "job". Shortly after, my wife comes home and looks at the carpets and asks, "I thought the carpet cleaner was coming today?" This was just the icing on the cake. Save yourself time and money of having to call someone else to redo the job. What a joke of a service!!!
