He understands about our situation and knowing how it is important for us to submit the termite free certified inspection. We asked about having the house to be tented and love the hospitality service they provide and letting us know which area to trim our plants to avoid damage and to make sure our solar panels are gonna be protected too. My husband and I would love to continue to subscribe for services with Able Pest Management. This company makes me feel like family. Thank you for understanding our situation.

I had a very disappointing experience…read more In July 2026, this company arrived to tent the house across from mine. Without my permission, the crew drove a heavy vehicle onto my driveway and lawn, leaving noticeable indentations. They also turned the vehicle's tires while on the grass, tearing up and damaging the lawn. I contacted the company by phone, left a message through their AI system (which is just horrible as you don't get to talk to a real person. Guess their way of not having to get back to you.) and followed up with a detailed email requesting that someone contact me to discuss resolving the damage. Despite these efforts, I have received no response. Mistakes can happen, but what is most disappointing is the lack of communication and customer service afterward. I simply wanted to discuss the damage and find a resolution, but my calls and email have gone unanswered.

It wasn't an easy house to do. And I was worried about my garden and plants surrounding my home. And it was a smooth process with good communication. Thank you

If you're looking for honest, reliable pest control, we highly recommend Kilauea Pest Control. If Dustin is your technician, you'll be in great hands. Mahalo, Dustin, for the outstanding service!

Not sure on which company this review should be for so I'll be posting about Pest Tech Hawaii as…read morewell as Kilauea Pest Control. I really wish I could write a much better review of this company as I was expecting stellar service after reading some yelp reviews. But here I am expressing my disappointment in the tenting crew and how they left my home with damaged gutter drains (2 out of 5). One was stepped on and completely flattened so the rain water has no where to drain out of. The second gutter drain was somehow yanked or knocked out of its position so hard that the screws holding them in place were ripped out. I understand and respect their contract stating that they have no responsibility for damage to gutters and other home property, so I'm not going to make a big deal of the 2 dented gutters. However, it really bothers me that the way my gutter drain pipes were seemingly carelessly handled. I just had those drain gutters installed 2 months ago. AND also every nozzle from my water hoses (all 3 hoses) were removed and left on the ground with the hoses not put back where they were before the fumigation. AND one of the solar panels on my security light was turned backwards. Could they not have simply turned it back the way it was? I also received a text from my not too happy neighbor on the day I was to return home informing me that my smoke alarm was blaring all night the night before. Should I have been advised by the tech that I should have removed the batteries to these alarms before the tenting? And I didn't get any courtesy notice of any damage. I simply came home to find these things on my own. Everything considered, tells me how the crew has such a nonchalant attitude towards providing excellent service. It was very disheartening because I actually loved the customer service I received with each gal I spoke with in securing this service so I was looking forward to and expecting the same kind of service I got from their office. I will NOT be using their service again. But to be completely accurate and clear, I hired Kilauea Pest Control who sent out PEST TECH HAWAII to our home. I will post this review to Pest Tech Hawaii too.

I had an urgent need for service but was told "scheduler" isn't here today and would have to wait three days until they return just to schedule an urgent issue! In today's world of technology with numerous scheduling software solutions available, getting an answer that a person has decided to take a 4 day holiday weekend and therefore urgent scheduling can't take place until they return is unacceptable. What if the person isn't there again? Invest in very affordable scheduling software and address urgent issues as they arise. UPDATE: Received message from management who committed to sending technician before the 4 days originally quoted for scheduling and my issue was addressed during the holiday weekend which I'm grateful for. Thank you.

The service for feral chicken trapping was a complete waste of money. It cost $497.38 for one week…read morewith two traps in a small, privately owned dog park. Invoice #1298339. There are three roosters who are in the area, two hens, and six half-grown chicks. Over the course of one week, one hen and a little chick that I had never seen before were caught. One rooster, the smallest of the three, was caught but got back out. The half-grown chicks could go in and out of the trap, eating the food and then leaving at will. The trap has bars on the end that are difficult for the chickens to get into but apparently not impossible to get out of. There were chickens all around the traps constantly, pecking the feed through the sides, but they were not caught. This trap was "contracted" with the City and County of Honolulu. I think that the City and County should look at a different service using a different type of trap. I am not sure how much the City and County kicked in for the cost, but the balance to the customer of nearly $500 seemed like a lot. It would have been worth it if the traps had been at all effective. I ordered a cage from Amazon for about $150. We'll see how that goes to try to do it on my own.

I didn't actually use this company yet. They are coming out tomorrow to do a termite inspection…read morebecause I have a serious termite problem occurring. This was only discovered after trying to renovate. This review is about the amazing office staff. I left a message and Michelle promptly returned my call. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. She also worked a miracle by having a termite inspector come to my house by tomorrow morning. I spoke to Michelle after 2pm today. I have other contractors on hold since this termite problem just reared it's ugly head. Knowing that, Michelle made sure to accommodate my needs. I'm sure the termite inspector will be amazing as well. I will update my post after the inspection and treatment. She also helped me save money by giving me some tips and tricks that they use to mitigate my termite and pest control problems. Long story short, my neighbor neglected his property. After several neighbors complained, since it was becoming a rodent den, he knocked it down without treating the rodent problem. I live next door. One morning I was leaving for work and the house was there, then when I came home the home was demolished. Ughhh.
