They made it with a base of black beans and hash browns on a tortilla and then once the eggs and cheese are on it they broil it to toast the cheese and edges of the tortilla. The eggs were always a perfect over-easy and the chipotle mayo from the "loaded" has browns goes well with the dish. The staff is all super friendly and recognized me as a return customer by my second day there. They have toys they hand out to kids when families come in and the place seems very family friendly. In addition to the inside seating, there's a great patio that has a wonderful view from it. If you're here during the summer, I would definitely recommend sitting outside and enjoying the view and great food!

We ordered a Parisian Flan and a Strawberry Brioche. Our order came out quickly. The Parisian Flan had a nice filling which was creamy and smooth. It was custard-like but not eggy. The pastry was very thin underneath and the sides were flaky. The Strawberry Brioche was crispy and flaky. The closer we got to the middle, the softer the pastry was. There was also a bit of cream in the middle. Both items were not too sweet. Overall, giving EPICanmore a 4.5/5. Our experience here was good and the pastries are solid. Very nice ambiance for hanging out. Would recommend to anyone staying in or passing through Canmore. Would like to try their drinks next time.
